Location and apartment great value for money

Cleanliness washing machine full of water and clothes Floor needed a good wash as my feet were covered in flor dirt There was no vacuum or proper broom to clean the floor

Location couldn’t have been any better. Close to shops and restaurants. Right next to the beach. Roughly mid way between the main Waikīkī beach area and to the harbour for boat trips, etc.. We were on the 11th floor and had wonderful views from the large balcony. Very large and comfortable room. Waikīkī is a busy, noisy place but lots of fun and this “apartment” provided a great location.

Some people may dislike the traffic and aircraft noise however I think that would be a problem anywhere in Waikīkī. It quietens down a lot after about 9pm…

Right on the beach great location! Great locations with with restaurants and shops nearby, Bus locations nearby great way to get out of the city and into the country! Enjoy this location quiet and unique for being in the city!

Not a newer building but well-kept! If you are a prima donna and thinks everything should be perfect this place is not for you! You're an average person enjoy things in life this is perfect! Treated with Ohana!

Great location! Stunning outlook! Very well-appointed apartment. Washer/dryer was brilliant. Outlook over Fort DeRussy park and out to the airport was stunning. 15 min walk to the sandy Waikiki beach - DeRussy beach is very rocky

The couch and the floor rug were filthy. When picking a room, we expected that we would be absolute ocean front - these are only for two bed two bathrooms. Its an older building so there is no double glazing, but for the most, it was pretty quiet. We found out things from other guests that reception could have told us - there are two lifts, not just the one near reception. We had access to the pool at the Outrigger next door - there is a shortcut through to there, which also bypasses the very steep but short driveway.

Location is perfect! Size of the unit is excellent. Beds are comfy but the pull out sofas not so much. We had enough of the toiletries and the place itself is very well secured. We felt safe. Unit is clean and well managed. The view is spectacular (we had park view apartments).

The kitchen was poorly equipped, we had to manage with lousy pans and pots, not so much cutlery. It's not so expensive to buy some more equipement for the kitchen and it would make all the difference. The outside table and chairs are too big for lanai and are well rusted at this point.

I liked the location. I liked the kitchen in our unit. I liked our balcony view. The front desk staff are excellent and very kind, helpful and accommodating

I made my reservation in November 2023 for August 2024. I requested a king size bed or twin beds in the master bedroom but we got a queen bed. The shelves in the bathroom cupboard fall down as soon as you put something on them. The bathroom floor should have been cleaner and the unit needs a new coat of paint. The unit was never cleaned during our stay and the cleaning fees are exorbitant!!

The location is stellar. Our unit was a great value, albeit a little dated. We loved the view of the park and could see the fireworks through the trees.

We are Ok with the dated aspects of the unit as it adds to the charm, but the kitchen cabinets didn't operate well. This needs some attention.

Location was great. Unfortunalely there was no pool attached to Waikiki Shores. Ft DeRussy Beach was good. Shops, restaurants and Ala Moana Shopping centre were great. The Cheesecake Shop was so yummy. Oahu Waikele Shopping was great Complete Pearl Harbour Experience was amazing and very informative by our tour guide. Circle Island Tour was fantastic and again our tour guide was very good. (Turk) Polynesia Tour & Live Cultural Performances were amazing. Buffet dinner was great as well.

Rooster waking us up way too early in the morning around 4:30 am, people in the condominium above us talking a little to loudly and moving furniture around when we were sleeping. Tour bus driver that ran a little behind (15 minutes) on picking us up for our Pearl Harbour & Battleship Missouri tour made us miss out on the theatre information session.

We have an ocean deluxe room and we had beautiful views across the Fort Derussy Park and beach area. Our room itself was clean and comfortable, furniture was a little dated and could do with an update but overall, we were very happy. It was a great location beach front and walking distance to restaurants, beach bars and shopping areas. If I made my way to Hawaii again I would definitely consider staying in these condos again.

I did think it would bother us but I was really wish they had a pool we could access even though the beach was on our door step.

Fantastic location right on the beach and next to park. Great views from the rooms. Did like that it is private and only residents can get in.

Definitely could use a little updating in the rooms. Pillows were not comfortable, way too soft. A few more amenities in room (sponges and cleaner to help wipe counters as there is no housekeeping during the stay).
