The room was enormous, with 270 degree views over the water round to diamond head. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, and tour pick-up spots. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, and we spent many pleasant evenings on the balcony watching the sun set over the water. Extra special find was the coffee shop on the ground floor, their flat whites were superb!

The shower in the second bathroom didn't drain properly.

The location was great. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The view was Great, Great, Great!

We had to walk a couple of blocks to get the keys. The people in the reception area would not watch over our suitcases so some of us went and some stayed with the bags. The bathroom for the second bedroom was on the other side of the condo. I thought it would be right next to it. In addition that second bedroom was quite small and the suitcases had to be put out in the living room area.

Bit noisy, the staff at the front desk could not help us with anything and I would have to walk 200m up the road for any issues or to pickup keys to the regent which became annoying considering, the staff at the Waikīkī shore could not help with overnight parking, internet not working,phoning the regent to pass on the license plate number - had to wonder what that actually do as they sat there all day, very unhelpful

Car Parking charges at hotel high but they are generally in the area we purchased a monthly pass for the car park across the road which worked out cheaper

The view in my opinion was the best in wakkiki and by far the best sunset. Also what a view for the fireworks on a Friday night at the Hilton!

well-maintained pool area with some nice amenities, like multiple hot tubs, fresh towels, and the option to order food poolside. Overall, while it seems like it was a good experience, it didn't stand out as exceptional due to the price and closing times.

However, the pool's depth might be a bit challenging for younger swimmers. The early closing time for the pool and hot tubs was a bit of a drawback, especially since extending hours to 10 PM could have made the experience even better. We were not allowed to use the fitness area even though it clearly says you can under important information

Kitchen poorly equipped, Living room very outdated furniture, tv/ entertainment system very outdated, bathroom shower / tub needs up dated cut my leg getting in . The drain in shower needs fixed called several times to fix.

Close to restaurants/dennys.

Had to go to another hotel to get keys and also ask for teabags and milk, very outdated hotel, blinds broken, lots of homeless in park next door, not close to main shopping centre and busses. Very expensive for 4 nights and broken stuff. Very noise from hotel next door.

For the same amount of money, you are better off staying in the hotel (Outrigger Reef) next door. This place was a kind of ran down old apartment turned into service apartment complex? The keys were collected in a completely different location, then they didn't provide the correct number of beds as made on the booking. We had to ask for the crib 3 times before they brought it up, despite having indicated it in the booking and at the place we picked up keys that we need the crib. The furniture & room was super old, kind of moldy, smelly and didn't have basic toiletries like shampoos etc. When requested for the 2 beds as we had booked, they tell us there are no other options, while we made it very clear that we travelled with 2 little children and needed an extra bed to sleep in. In addition, the booking said there is a sofa pull up bed, that was not the case. It was a very old basic sofa, it looked super dirty and we were worried to let our kids sit on it. We ended up booking the hotel next door (for cheaper price), and moved out immediately. It felt like a tourist trap and we do not recommend this for families!
