Amazing place and space. The grounds are beautiful and everything is really well thought out.

Some of the service was inconsistent and Gretchen’s was a bit of a disappointment. I suggest differentiating the restaurants further apart - breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, etc at Gretchen’s vs the Austrian style food at Konditorei

Every encounter with staff was excellent! Helpful, kind and very accommodating! The location was the best, and the food at the Lodge was great! Lily and Milenka are real assets to the resort! Theresa and Al Morgan

The air was very dry! I wish we had use of a vaporizer!

How much there was to do for kids the variety of shoppings and closeness to everything

Booking our rooms through booking.com was very deceiving, all the pictures of the rooms were those at the lodge which was where we were thinking we booked, only to find they booked us at the Inn. The Lodge quickly maneuvered things so we were able to share a suite the first night but one of us had to sleep on the floor. The next day they made sure we had a second room for our kids. Other then that things were amazing

Our purpose in being at the Lodge was to attend the Music Festival which we enjoyed very much. The Lodge itself is about a 10 minute walk from the music venues which was very convenient. We also appreciated transportation to and from the airport at Haley.

No suggestions for improvement.

The ski school was excellent. Great terrain for beginners. Great instructors. Uncrowned.

Their food was very good but very expensive. Not much choice for vouchers at the lodges.

Lodge breakfast service was a little slow. Dinner at the Inn was wonderful. Excellent food and ambiance echoing the old times with old tunes inviting patrons to sing and dance.

Swam in both pools. The heater was faulty at the inn,a little cold. The pool at the lodge was too warm tending towards bath water temperature. A mixture of these two temperatures probably would have been great

Early morning shuttle to airport was frustrating, apparently front desk or someone gives out lots of different show time….very frustrating and confusing. When I have a flight to make I don’t want to monkey around

All of the activities. Bowling, ice-skating, tennis, pickle ball, three pools, exceptional restaurants, etc. INCREDIBLY beautiful grounds. Thousands of colorful flowers everywhere.
