Crockfords was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean large with comfy bed. Enjoyed the view, the turn down service and access to the Crockfords pool area.

Hotel changed not only our confirmed and paid room in Crockfords to Conrad but also the configuration of the room. With no explanation and no other option. Communication with your customer is simple and provides trust, this hotel did not. Quiet, clean, boutique feel which is a rarity for a hotel on the strip.

At the end of the strip so had to do a little more walking.

Great hotel location, close to the strip and walking distance from Wynn, Encore, Las Vegas Convention Centre and the Mall. Hotel was clean with modern technology. The view from our 61st floor room was remarkable! Lots of restaurants and shops to choose from.

Food at the hotel was expensive and often the quality of what you get does not match the price. Hotel cleaning staff could be quite disruptive. On more than two occasions, they badged into the room without knocking. The room had no boiling kettle so you could not fix yourself a hot drink. The complimentary breakfast was a shame - only a few stale snacks provided as complimentary. The breakfast was definitely was definitely a major turn off for us during our stay.

Room size, facilities, furnishings, cleanliness were all excellent. Never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator. The location isn’t bad - The North Strip has become a welcome alternative to the Strip “proper”. Restaurant options are excellent.

Restaurant opening hours… things were shut when they should have been open! I don’t want to have to eat before 8pm! Famous foods is a great concept. However, most of the order terminals were out of order. It doesn’t recognise non-US phone numbers, but doesn’t warn you of this.again, what is open and when seems random. Crockfords West feels a poor relation to the main Crockfords. Simple things like no ice machines on the West side.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crockfords Resort at Resorts World, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for the entire experience. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The apartment was absolutely stunning, with a luxurious design and state-of-the-art amenities. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-end toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen. I loved the whole experience and can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect! They reserved a room exactly like we asked. Wonderful room and view. The best staff I never met before.

Everything was wonderful! What stands out the most is the impeccable service. Everyone that we encountered from cleaning , check-in, concierge, doormen, restaurant staff, to spa attendees is amazing and very helpful and friendly.

That the restaurant charged me for small birthday dessert that I didn’t order. It was marked on reservation when asked if we are celebrating something. But I never asked for it or ordered it.

All of the above that i have rated are a true reflection on my stay, I was really impressed with the options and choice of restaurants and bars. The Casino floor was also very spacious and bright and staff throughout the property very helpful.

i requested a printed receipt for my stay and was told by the reception staff on duty that this could not be provided as i had booked through Booking. Com and i should request this from them. This was very unusual and disappointing and no other Hotel that i have booked with Booking. Com have refused to provide the same!
