We stayed at this location, near Chinatown, to be as much away from the Strip as well as closer to family and friends. The neighborhood seems good and property crime not as bad as the strip or downtown. The staff was nice, not overly friendly or talkative. They did take care of your needs when issues came up. I used the gym once which was functional, but limited as most hotel gyms are. Didn't use the pool or jacuzzi simple because of time. Parking lot was plentiful and lighted at night adding a sense of security. Front door is locked at night requiring room key for entry or buzzing in by front desk. Breakfast included had a good variety which we ate once during our stay as we ate out when meeting friends.

When we first checked into our room the air conditioner was working, but when we tried to change the temperature it stopped working. We called the front desk and the gal who checked us in tried to fix it, but without success. We had to pack all of our stuff up and change rooms. Also while the rooms were clean they were showing their age with broken tiles around the hot tub, worn baseboards and dings in the walls. Probably soon to need a remodel.

Great location, great facilities (pool, fitness room), helpful staff. Very convenient for getting around Summerlin. We stayed here one night before flying out of Las Vegas International and appreciated the spacious room which made it easy to pack. Our flight was in the evening and, for $50 we were able to have a very late check-out (3pm), and to store the bags at the hotel for a couple of hours after that. It really made our last day of vacation relaxed and stress free.

As a Wyndham Rewards member it was disappointing that the very late checkout was not discounted or free, but for our needs the extra cost was worth it.

The hotel communicated with me when I emailed them with any questions, or to inform them when I will be arriving. They responded quickly and efficiently. The front desk employee was very friendly and efficient. I've stayed at this hotel once before. The location is the main reason I chose this hotel. I realize that everything costs more these days, but I think this hotel charges a bit too much for their rooms!

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the room. It was fine for my visit and the location is perfect as I was visiting friends who live nearby.

Good location. Nati, who works in the breakfast area was super nice and helpful. Breakfast selection was good, commensurate with the hotel tier.

Bathroom sink is very shallow and it sits on the bathroom counter, rather than recessed into the counter. Could not shut the drapes together to block out the light. The tracks for the drapes don’t even meet each other in the middle, so impossible to block out the outside light.

Convenient and affordable location near family. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Quality breakfast and small but functional gym. We were there during record breaking temps but the AC kept up perfectly well. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub when conditions cooperated.

Minor complaint: on our second day, maintenance was power washing the pool deck and sprayed all the dirt and debris into the pool. Made swimming pretty unappealing.

They upgraded one room so we could have adjoining rooms for a family group. They accommodated my daughter's dog for a nominal fee. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Also good central summerlin location.

The pool was clean and warm, but motel style ambiance. Still enjoyed it!

The room was well equipped with a full kitchen which was a nice surprise. I always enjoy when there's a breakfast included with a variety of options. The woman that greeted us at the front desk was super sweet and understood immediately why I needed a few extra things that she quickly provided. I was very impressed with her in general. In addition, the location was perfect for what I needed.

I ordered a room with 1 king and got a queen instead. For the price of the room, I should be comped a little for the difference, but I haven't asked yet, so we'll see. The bathroom is a little old looking and the toilet pressure wasn't good. It was a little pricey overall, but I needed the location and didn't have another option.

We were upgraded to a better room...it was very nice. Mr Jesus, my oh my that fella needs a raise...he does everything....the staff was always smilin and supportive...great job!!

Just an opinion but, perhaps different breakfast options or just serve pastries and bagels and beverage options.

This is a quiet place mostly and on far west side of LV. Facility is older generation but ok----but maintained with some care from looks of things. I guess breakfast was least of the benefits. We're not too fussy but content of breakfast was pretty slim....

Some of the breakfast needs higher quality for nightly stay cost to get such low quality breakfasts-----ok mind you, but there are ways to improve that too!
