Due to a problem with Booking.com reservations not being correctly advertised my booking was not as I originally requested. However, the associate at Larkspur Ashley was kind enough to help get the problem corrected and spoke with her supervisor explaining the mix-up in booking the 2 queen bed suite as advertised. I was in turn offered the only two Queen bed suite which was in fact a room that could only be booked directly with Larkspur and not through any booking comapny offer as I was lead to believe during my booking experience with Booking.com. I in fact was offered the room and paid % of the difference. I would like to thank the staff and management for coming to the rescue. I would also like to thank Ashley for her kindness and assistance in rectifying the problem.

Booking.com should be careful with the offers presented on their site to customers. Some states frown heavily on false advertisements.

Everything but the bed! Clean, comfortable, great shower temp & water pressure, breakfast, coffee was fantastic!, heater worked perfectly, nice TV, blankets, pillows, towels, all amenities were fantastic! Loved the tiled floor design - unique and pretty! Wonderful, quiet, great location. Amazing kitchen with full appliances and even a dishwasher & garbage disposal! Could easily live there for an extended time if needed!

The bed was rock hard but my husband was ok with it, the walls are kind of thin - heard someone's TV rumbling most of the night. Fan for the bathroom didn't work so shower got a little steamy.

I liked that I was accommodated with an ADA room at the last minute and the room was very close to the front desk, dining area and front door, and I was able to park my car in a Handicap space close to the door. The laundry room was roomy with good dryers that didn’t melt my clothes! I was promptly brought an Ethernet cable when I had difficulty with Wi-Fi bandwidth at check-in time. Recycling bin was provided, and dishes for 2 provided. Even wine glasses!

The ADA room was spacious enough for a wheelchair with many hand bars in thee bathroom that would accommodate a wheelchair, but without an ADA toilet, a wheelchair bound person would have a difficult time with only the one long hand bar on one side and behind the stool to position themselves with. The toilet is way too low! The microwave was filthy and I had to clean it myself or change rooms, but was brought cleaning spray and rag to help me do so. A cork screw would have been appreciated. The desk area was spacious and the area was very quiet for a pet-friendly stay!

Stay was as expected. We enjoy Larkspur Landing Hotels. We loved the location so much, we booked an extra night. Breakfast was super and we liked that it was a little different each day. Very quiet and easy access to Portland. We came to ride bikes on the Banks to Vernonia bike trail. We also discovered historic Hillsboro. What a fun town with a great espresso and bakery. They also have a cool Friday night street market. If you want to go the the beach. Seaside and Cannon are not that far. We will be back.

We were not told at check in that we'd have to request room make up service due to the hotel still being on COVID protocals. That was a little inconvenient.

Receptionist was wonderful, room was nice and comfortable, bed was very comfortable, location was less than five minutes drive from where we needed to go the next day, breakfast was good and I’m excited to come back and stay here again!

Only thing I had a problem with was I couldn’t figure out how to make the sleep setting on the tv work. I like to fall asleep with the tv on because the noise helps me fall asleep but I couldn’t figure out how to make the sleep setting work. This may have also been operator error as I am unfamiliar with the tv and its remote.

Love the hotel - old but clean, quaint - very friendly staff. Room clean, very nice with coffee, comfy bed, nice TV, love having a "suite" - although we weren't there long enough - we were in town for a quick trip to see family in the hospital

It was all great - would have liked refundable dog charge - she is small, doesn't shed - we had her with us all the time.

Decent breakfast options, free cookies in the evening (but they disappear quickly) You can reserve a free washer/dryer to get your washing done. 20min walk to Orenco Station (supermarket, cafe, restaurants)

We love Larkspur. This is our go to place to stay when we are in the Hillsboro area.

Our bed wasn't the most comfortable but this was the first time we experienced that. I think it was just a little too firm for us. But that won't stop us from staying again.

Convenient location, great size suite, and adequate breakfast. Also love the fact that they offer free use of the laundry room to guest.

The pull out couch in the room was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs completely through the mattress.

The place was very nice, clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the room was good size. It was nice that it had a large refrigerator - freezer in the room. Breakfast was okay. Sorry to say a lot of the items were not there had to ask for it.

That both days it was the same on breakfast. But I guess it's because I like bacon not sausage.
