The entire stay was clean and comfortable especially since its really a basic hotel. PS if you are planning to move around the area after ANY sporting event is over, the area is FILLED with either drunken happy fans getting their cars, or FILLED with drunken very angry animated fans looking for trouble. I HIGHLY recommend not being around and outside of the area for either. If you have any bumper stickers or such on your car showing another cities team, LOOK OUT ! Just don't be there, this area is nestled deep in that area, it is surrounded by sports venues, the airport, and commercial parking lots and such.

The pictures of the facilities are somehow a bit exaggerated. They make the outdoor setting look a bit more inviting than it actually is. Its not a complete fallacy, but a good photographer did a pretty good job of focusing on the best angles possible

The bed was made, in so many hotels these days there seems to be a total disregard for a tightly fitted sheet. The room was clean, the room was quiet. I have been here before recent renovations, and the changes I see are all positive.

No real food choices on site, and online delivery is ripe for disappointment. This location is a 5minute walk to a Ruby Tuesday chain restaurant, it could be across the road and it would still not be worth the effort.

The room was nice and modern. The lobby area was very nice, fireplace, furnishings were all top notch. The front desk, staff, the housekeeping, staff, and the shuttle bus drivers were all helpful and kind.

Not enough towels provided. I thought it was weird that there was only one washcloth, two hand towels, and two bath towels. This heat/AC unit we’re tricky to use. There was a thermostat in the room and a thermostat on the unit and it was never obvious which was actually controlling the unit, the final thing I didn’t like was extremely minor, but annoying nonetheless. The desk lamp on the desk had all the indications that it was an articulating lamp, but the lamp actually didn’t articulate. The screw tightened hinge that would normally bend on a desk lamp was all one solid piece and only there for decoration. So weird! Besides those two minor annoyances, and the third super silly annoyance, the hotel is really nicely appointed and a great value.

Our room was clean, comfortable and very accessible. We booked a mobility accessible room. The bed was low enough to get in easily. The bathroom was spacious and the roll in shower was great. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close and convenient for the stadiums and arena. A short commute, but traffic can make it a little longer.

My only complaint would be a couple more towels would have been nice.

This was my first time at the Sonesta Select Hotel. In fact, the hotel's name was all new to me. Guided by the reviews on booking.com, the great photos of the property and of course the price, I was happy to make an online reservation. I am so pleased I selected this hotel. The property was clean and inviting. The room decor was simple elegant with modern furnishing and amenities such as an ironing board and a good working iron. The staff was excellent. Two thumbs up for the front desk team. I arrived on property approximately 2 hours before check in time and a vacant room was quickly identified and I was allowed to access same early at no extra charge. The hotel's Airport Shuttle was a big plus. As it was my first time in Philadelphia, moreso as a transit passenger, I was more than happy to be picked up promptly by way of a simple call to alert the hotel of my arrival. The Shuttle Driver was very professional and knowledgeable and by way of his quick online intervention on check-out morning, I was able to confirm the correct departure terminal. I was only looking for an affordable place to crash for the night until my next flight but I got a whole lot more..an excellent room at a great price and A-grade hospitality (which included room deliveries). The only missing peice from this fabulous experience was breakfast. You guys should consider adding Continental Breakfast to the package and open the Resturant earlier in the afternoon. Since check-in time is 4:00pm and guests may arrive early and hungry, like myself, the restaurant would be the ideal place to pass the time if room is not ready. The AC was very very cold.

The facility is very beautiful and located right near the airport of Philadelphia. I was so thankful for the friendly staff who granted me an early check in and were more than accommodating to my first time visit there. Getting and Uber to and from the city was a breeze and the quality and space of the room is unbeatable. A plus side - the beds are so comfy! I slept like a baby. Will definitely book again in the future!

Breakfast is not included but you are able to pay downstairs.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We were given a nice corner room which was perfect because it was nice and quiet for our baby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautiful. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who checked me in because he was amazing!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The front desk staff was delightful, EXCEPT we asked about the train to DC. 3 different people said, “the station is 3 minutes away. The shuttle dropped us 3 min away, BUT the DC train is SMTRAK, leaves from the WM H Gray station, which is 40 minutes from the drop point. We missed our train and paid $160 for he next train to DC. I really hope you will inform ALL the front desk that septa is NOT Amtrak. Guests need 1 full hour to connect.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. The bartender in the nights we stayed was so cool and super friendly and she made delicious drinks! The front desk staff was very helpful in finding places to eat and shop and which mode of transportation to use to get around. The security was helpful as well.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. While it’s a little bit off the beaten path if you’re not accessing the airport, it’s a great value. Safe, easy.

No free coffee/tea or breakfast. I wish they had paper cups in the rooms instead of single use plastic wrapped in yet more plastic.
