We stayed there because we wanted to visit Fort Worth and Dallas -- good location since it is in the middle. Staff was very nice. She moved a family with kids who were very noisy to another room (the hotel was not full so she could do that. Obviously, you cannot choose your neighbors!) Looks like the pictures - very clean, and spacious. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot enough. Breakfast was good! waffle, and savory things like eggs, tacos, or gravy and biscuits. It has the typical: fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer.

Next to the highway so obviously you can hear the cars. The fridge was noisy - so bring earplugs if you need! The lighting in the room was not very good as there was no light in the roof -- but it is typical of all these hotels, so we were not surprised.

We booked this hotel last minute for a Dallas game and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon arrival, Ronie at the front desk greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome, setting a positive tone for our stay. The rooms were clean and clearly updated, making for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. In the breakfast area, Sam was incredibly friendly and kind, adding to the overall welcoming vibe. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent, the cleanliness, the staff was very pleasant, the pool was nice and breakfast was decent.

They didn’t have real butter only a vegetable oil buttery spread that tasted terrible. The pillows were terribly lumpy and uncomfortable. A couple I met told me they went to Costco to buy pillows they were so dissatisfied as well. The lighting is very low (only lamps) in the rooms.

food quaility was ok, room was clean. pillows were nice just a little hard. room was very clean!

coffee ren out, yogurt dispenser ran out. plastic ware ran out. pancake batter ran out. the food that was there was good just the supply was not kept up. pool was closed on memorial day weekend? did not understand that.

It was a very nice hotel and clean. The pool was very nice also my kids loved it. We slept very well. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I have ever had for hotel breakfast.

It was a very nice hotel and clean. However, the water pressure was horrible one of my kids couldn't even wash her hair when she took a shower because she has super thick hair and she would have been in there an hour just trying to get all the soap out. Other than that, everything else was good. We might come back if the water pressure can get fixed.

The people where great very friendly and helpful. Very clean .very nice hotel.i like to talk to people and the hole staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great the coffee machine was so cool the lady taking care of the breakfast was great .even riding up and down with the staff on the elevator they where friendly. Total joy to stay there if I have any complaints it would be the pull out bed and all the pillows.

Pillows where to hard and pull out bed you could fell the springs.this is a management and owner problem. Maybe time for new Pillows and mattress on pull out.put I can't speak enough on the great people. This will be my goto when visiting my daughter

I have back problems but the way I fell asleep in this bed, I will never forget. The breakfast was good too and a bit of variety. The staff was friendly. The hotel was always clean

Room was clean and comfortable. Could control our AC in room. Pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful checking in. Breakfast selection was good. Felt safe in parking lot at night. Will be staying here again. All of these are the most important thing to me about a hotel. The pros of this place highly outweigh the cons.

The price was a little more than I typically would feel comfortable paying, but it was a very busy weekend in Arlington so everything was very expensive. The water pressure in the shower was a JOKE-though the temperature was great-especially since I had to take a longer shower because of the pressure. Subtitles didn't work on our TV.

Definitely need to update pillows. Not enough staff to clean rooms. Despite leaving g signs regarding g re-using towels, which we were happy to do, they changed those daily but didn’t do a thorough job cleaning the room, & 1 day didn’t clean or make up bed at all.

Room very clean with a big "empty" fridge. Everything was great..maybe something like a small pack of welcome in the fridge...even something from the breakfest area... like muffin or fruit cup or something cold to snack or drink...

None. Everything was great !!! Cannot really came up with that was bothering me. Ice machine on second and fourth floor - we had rooms on the third. Reception stuff look and seem little bit overworked/tired.
