Staff was exceptional Lauren, greeted us with a smile and was very courteous. She gave us information about the services offered. Latara was also very courteous and welcoming when we came back to our room after hours. The manager Teddy was great in inquiring about our stay and making sure our needs had been met. The hotel smelled wonderful upon entering the lobby. It was clean on the elevators. The mattress was very comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay her again. The warm cookies were a definite plus!

After leaving another property in the area that was not up to our expectation due to its condition and staff (Holiday Inn Express). We were with out prior reservation at Doubletree welcomed and pleasantly received. The hotel rooms were clean and bed very comfy. We enjoyed the fresh warm baked cookies and the morning breakfast was welcomed. Not a lot of options but nice enough get the day started. The hotel was in an area with lots of amenities. Would recommend and stay again.

Should have signs posted so that you know to request daily room cleaning service. But was rectified once we knew the protocol. We only wanted the towels changed out daily.

My daughter was a contestant in the Miss Twin Peaks 2024 Pageant to be held at Texas Live. This hotel was a great nearby location for those of us that can’t handle the cost of the Loews Hotel. This was My first time in Dallas/Arlington or even Texas. As I went to check in on Sunday June 9 there was a huge event wrapping up and people were checking out as I was coming in. Rooms were obviously not available for early check in but no worries.. Hotel held my bags while I enjoyed time at the pool while waiting for my room. No towels and understandable due to the volume of people I saw leaving!!! It was hot enough to air dry! When room was still not ready at check in, they put a rush on getting one done and took care of me while I waited. I had a yummy peppercorn steak dinner at the bar with a very attentive bartender! When the room was ready, the front desk and manager on duty took my bags to my room and were nothing but super helpful. I also want to commend the staff. The few I had interactions with were so kind and friendly! I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat - 5 STARS!

Nothing. I had nothing but a great experience and treated very well here. Highly recommend staying here and hope to come back sometime soon - just to be a tourist in Dallas/Arlington!!

Breakfast was only okay. They variety was great, but taste was not the best prepared. Rooms where very clean and comfortable. Could use microwave in rooms.Staff was great, and pool and facilities where taken good care of. Great experience

Not much to complain about other that breakfast staff wasn't the friendliest, not rude. Just wasn't glad to see us I supposed. Breakfast looked very good, with a great variety, but was only okay prepared. Taste wise.

Breakfast was okay but not hot enough. Nice selection of items. I am a tea drinker and again the selection of teas was inadequate in my opinion. People who worked there were friendly.

Our one bed had a rather peculiar odor to the mattress. I spoke with the housekeeping folks but we had a language barrier. This odor seemed to be one rather like a sewer gas and both my husband and I noticed it on our first day there. I thought it was coming from the faucet in the bathroom but then found it rather strong near the top of the left bed. While it was good that it was gone, I could not detect the odor when I reported it to the cleaning staff. I don't know what was causing it but it was strong. It was not on our clothing or bodies so I don't know what it was or where it was coming from. I just know I was not imagining it. Odd that it was detectable in that area of the room.

The staff was friendly and professional, addressing all of our requests and concerns. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Plus, the hotel’s location near Globe Life Field was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was amazing, the bed was so soft and comfortable. We loved the noon checkout. The pool was large and while we didn't pay for a private patio room, the fact that they were options was pretty cool. We were in town to watch the BlueJays beat the Rangers,we drove to the stadium, but there was a shuttle available from the lobby to the stadium 90 and 60 minutes before the game. The next day the Cowboys were playing and the Hotel was hosting a tailgate party in the lobby with merch for sale and (I'm assuming) they also had tickets for shuttle service. Upgrade to the breakfast. It was delicious. Enough fruit, bacon and hashbrows for my allergy kiddo to be full....and plenty of eggs, pancakes, oatmeal and danishes for everyone else. The front desk was really accommodating and let us hang out after checkout before we headed over to the night game on Saturday, so great for our family to be able to have some time to burn off energy. Overall a great experience for our family. Hope to be back for another weekend in Arlington!!!

Decent proximity to most parts of the city I needed to get to and the staff were very kind

The only thing I can think of is the lack of a microwave but aside from that no complaints and if I were to go to Dallas anytime soon again I’d love to stay here again.

Extremely impressed with our stay. We were easily accommodated for early check in & greeted with exceptional customer service. Clean & updated rooms with maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever experienced! They even offered a shuttle service for the event we visited for, & although traffic was troublesome, the staff stayed on top of it while maintaining professionalism & kindness. If we ever visit the area again, we will surely be staying here.

My room was a room that connected to another... the people occupying that room were extremely loud during the earlier morning hours. Also, I found little things in my room that made it seem as though it wasn't not cleaned as well as portrayed.
