Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Took me an hour to check in

No soap at the basin just outside the bathroom. Would suggest a soap dispenser or a bar of soap there as well. The hot water in the shower took a long time to come in, so I may have wasted a lot of water waiting for it to warm up. How about in line heaters for the rooms? We had a large group and the water in the meeting room containers ran out. Food prices were unreasonably high. ($8 for a 16 oz water; $30 for a subsidized box lunch). Otherwise, it was great!

This was a staycation for me and the location is in the middle of everything. The staff was really nice and the hotel and room were nice. I wish it were more quiet but I think there was an expo or conference happening the weekend I stayed. I also visited the spa and it will definitely be going back. The ladies were nice and the deep tissue was excellent.

At first I didn’t care for having an interior room (no windows) however because I needed to relax and this was a staycation it was actually really good for me. The weekend I stayed there was an event so the hallway was noisy I just think the walls are thin because I could hear when the shower was on in the other room. I also didn’t care for the parking because when leaving I no longer had the key card to exit and I had to wait for someone to let me out.

We chose Hilton Anatole for my birthday weekend to have a pool party. The Jade Waters pool complex is definitely worth the stay. The lazy river, slides and swim up bar are great! The food from the concession stand in the pool area is pretty good as well. The hotel rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. It's a huge resort! Plenty of fun stuff to do and explore.

We asked for silverware and it took them 2.5 hours to bring it to our room. We ended up getting it ourselves instead.

My room in an atrium tower was very nice with great views of Dallas and hotel amenities were as extensive as any I have encountered.

A walking bridge spanning the small river adjacent to the property should be installed to allow guest easy access to the nice walking path on the far side of the river. This feature would be ideal for morning walks and runs. Currently, guest must contend with busy city streets outside the property. For that matter, there is not a good walk way across the expansive parking lot.

The hotel itself is amazing. There happened to be a large conference going on when we were at the hotel, but it didn't get in the way and had some interesting events. The hotel bar was amazing, with the wife and I ordering several different drinks and being happily surprised every time. The wife went to the eucalyptus spa and lap pool and Said those were fantastic as well.

Sound proofing between rooms, especially ones that happen to have an adjoining door, is very much needed. Ended up having to listen to rap all morning from the neighbors.

Of the several on-site restaurants, the Metro cafe's breakfast buffet was phenomenal, as was its staff, in being professional, pleasant, attentive, informative, and efficient. The rest of the staff were great too, and the grounds and site were clean, interesting (it's like a giant art museum), spacious, and beautiful.

The interior tower room felt odd having no windows, and no art suggesting out-doors views to compensate. Also there was a lot off sound from other nearby bathrooms. Beyond that, it was comfortable.

We give this property 5 stars! It’s always very clean, awesome rooms, beautiful views and we love Jade waters! Beautiful hotel! We were even able to change our room from interior to an awesome city view by the help of a very helpful and accommodating staff member. Considering that it was a weekend stay in July made it even better.

There’s nothing not to like about this hotel. Obviously a little pricey, but you get what you are paying for at the Anatole.

The property has shopping, dining, exercise facility, water park, art gallery, extra large gathering rooms. So much to see and do with the convenience of staying in routine with a normal day all in one place. A place to go for a different experience. Enjoyed my stay.

I believe parking should be included with your stay Just remember to add parking fees and eating at the hotel in you budget

Jade waters was fun and relaxing.

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at this Hilton location before we arrived to ask question about our stay. Phone number listed on their website (and on Google) went to general Hilton customer service; agent there didn’t know answer to question. Tried chat feature but that person didn’t know either and recommended I call the number listed. Very frustrating. Thought the kids carnival outside Jade Waters was tacky and a shameless attempt to nickel and dime folks. Luckily my kids weren’t interested.
