Loved the location, plenty of restaurants and stores near by. The room was a good size,comfortable, and clean.

The lady at front desk was not welcoming. Only one elevator was working. Parking is $17 a night, if you get there later in the day there is not enough parking space.

The hotel is very nice. My room was very big and super comfortable. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is the nicest for the price. My room included a kitchen with full sized fridge, and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils, a living room with sofa, desk/chair, and a flatscreen tv, a separate bedroom and bathroom with closet fully furnished toiletries. It was very clean! Breakfast was AMAZING! Biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage patties, yogurt, muffins, bagels and all he fixings on Saturday and Belgian waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage Sunday. It was terrific!

Paid private parking was $15 a day additional and should have been included in the room price! Arrrg!!

The location was near downtown, the cultural district, restaurants, grocery store, and bars. A park was also across the way. The Residence inn is also tucked away in a quiet spot. We liked that a laundry room was available.

Requesting for our room to be freshened up was often not followed up. The self-parking is set up like you would see in a retail center, yet guests are assessed $15 plus tax each day for parking. The pool area needs attention.

Our breakfast was great. A small buffet, but perfect to start our day. Coffee available 24 hours a day. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit. The museums were only a 15-20 minute walk. Shopping, Restaurants, and a great supermarket were just a 10 minute walk. We used the gymnasium daily and also enjoyed the pool. I could not have selected a better location for our four day stay!

The room was immaculate. It was well appointed with a full kitchen, desk and couch all in excellent condition. With 103° outside the air conditioning silently maintained my setting of 72°. The exercise room had high quality elliptical and treadmills along with a full set of dumbbells and benches. I used the pool which was small but well maintained. I swam some short laps and it was refreshing. There was a nice choice of food options in walking distance. A Tom Thumb as well. Breakfast was typical hotel but the coffee was exceptional. Magnetic key system worked smoothly without repeated key replacement. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Staff was welcoming and responsive. I recommend this place!

Ontario who was at the desk when I checked in was lovely. Clean and new the place is gorgeous. Staff were all really nice. Great location too

my room was on the side of the building that was close to train tracks- so the early morning train was a little sucky. also- my upstairs neighbors walked around their room a lot. late at night. middle of the night. early in the morning- it was a little louder than it needed to be

The staff were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a well rounded variety of foods, thankyou. It was a very comfortable stay. I'd choose this hotel again. It was within walking distance to where I needed to go on my adventures.

Place was by a lot of things!

Showed there was free parking but I had to pay an extra 17$ plus tax each night to park.

Everything about the hotel was great the room was great had a kitchenette and it was close to a lot of stuff you can walk to
