Everything in this facility was perfect, will book again

No closets

The breakfast was nice, with warm and cold options. We could all find something to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. There were free entertainment options available.

The air conditioner was too noisy for my wife. The lobby was very cold, considering most people were wearing shorts in the summer. It is located near a major highway, making the view not that interesting.

Room: was comfortable and very clean! If you forget your shampoo, hand soap.. etc.., there is plenty available for you in room. Location: right of the freeway, plenty of restaurants, plenty of parking. Easily accessible. Safe. More hotels around Breakfast: did not try. Cost: I give it 7/10

Only thing i didn’t like is that there is only elevators on one side of the building. But! also not that big of a deal. Used the stairs lol.

First time starting at a Tru hotel. It was exceptional on every level. Front desk staff was excellent, room was clean and furniture was minimalist/modern which is our style. Bed was comfy and sheets were soft. Pillows were perfect.

Property is right on I/35 which is noisy due to three traffic, but we knew this so I brought our sound machine which really helped. The only improvement is that the towels need to be softer.

Breakfast was great here. the rooms are clean. The staff was fast and friendly. My room was ready on arrival and the staff was knowledgeable about the area. All the facilities were in clean and working order

The wall sockets did not work very well in found myself having to change plugs because of poor operation. The lack of easy vending as well as a pool where also a let down and the pricing on snacks where a bit high

The whole facility was clean and the rooms are quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and made it easy to check in/out. Great breakfast variety!

Nothing that the staff or hotel could really fix, there's a shared turn in for quite a few buisinesses off the service road and if you miss it, you have to go around the back.

Excellent location, property is very clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very good. Fresh coffee in the lobby all day!

Room was very small with no comfortable seating and I didn’t care for the odd contemporary way the motel was decorated, but it was ok.

Always love staying at Tru bc of how clean it is. Front desk is always so polite.

The pillows were awful. I didn't really get good sleep while we stayed due to noise both inside and outside since it faces the main highway...,but definitely need to upgrade the pillow situation.

Room was efficient and clean, but not at all spacious. But for the price, we weren't surprised. We had a King regular room. Bed/pillows were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, bathroom towels were fluffy and large. Breakfast was a cut above most economical hotels.

The facility and room were extremely clean. The breakfast was good. Walking distance to restaurants and close to the highway..

The only thing I didn't like is that the toilet could've used some caulking around it. It was unsightly and the toilet was a little shakey.
