The location is awesome. I loved that I could see the waves trash from the comfort of my bed. The balcony was very tiny, and I wish the gulf view was better from the balcony while seated. The staff was EXCELLENT. I encountered a few hiccups (not even problems, but general things) and every one of them was handled professionally, quickly, and so so kindly.

The room wasn't dirty by any means. It smelled good, and the bedding was fresh. Being that it is an older hotel, it couldn't hurt to have a nice deep clean. There were old carpet stains, handprints on the headboard, and other small random things. However, it was surgave cleaned very well. Enough so that I would absolutely stay there again.

The location was excellent next to the few fast food chains, great restaurant next to the front door, Kroger 2 min walk, beach across the street.Super friendly stuff, hot breakfast with great add ones for waffles during weekends, grilled vegetables and cheese omlet.Ms Alba and her helpers at the breakfast cleaning tables and adding food all the time.Hotel although it's old facilities is with no odors in the hallways and stuff is putting extra effort to clean it all the time, towels and basic cleaning every day, full cleaning just ask.When we arrived received text message from the customer service and anything that you need just text and they respond quickly and resolve any issue.Beds were super comfy!Great stay for the family vacation.Also Rainbow caffe is 2 min drive just FYI All rooms are with the partial sea view.There is indoor pool that we didn't have time to visit.Great hotel and service for the price.

When we arrived, ac smelled bad because of high humidity, but after reporting, they changed the filter in like 2h and everything was great after that.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked extremely well. Met all our needs,fridge,microwave, hairdryer. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner as well. The free breakfast was also very good with a wide variety to choose from. The front desk was friendly and efficient. Let myself and grandson check in early, as she could see we were exhausted. The cowboy themed restaurant out front was cute and the food was very good. Will definitely stay here next time I visit.

The parking was a little confusing, but once I figured it out everything was perfect!!

Breakfast was very nice, multiple hot choices, not just waffles. The room was fine, just a little smelly when you first entered. Bathroom was updated. The pool was indoor but could use some maintenance. The fan when it turned on made talking difficult and the door to the equipment area was more rust then door. The pool was clean.

I would like to see the carpet leave and be replaced with tile like many hotels are going to. I believe that would eliminate the odor problem both in the rooms and the hallways.

Location was central to all surrounding restaurants and attractions. Did have view of beach.

Had to call for towels. Delivered some one time but had to get some the next time we ran out at the front desk. Also indoor pool had a problem with the water heater. The did accommodate but letting guests use neighbor hotel outdoor pool. But had never been told about this issue at check in. Well always enjoyed sitting on the balcony but this room had a Very Small balcony too small for two people.

When I reserved thru Booking.com, I was given a price of $871 for 7 nights, when it then to $881 as their price changes daily, and at checkout it was $887 due to a safe in my room! I never used safe. I also have never seen a changeable price once I reserve. This should not happen to a customer.

Front desk staff(Victor) was very helpful and kind. He resolved a couple of minor issues in a fast and efficient manner. The "Ocean view" room we had was nice(a little dated). The balcony and view were nice. Breakfast was standard fare Continental style. Plenty of options with that in mind. Parking was fairly well lit and plenty of cameras in use. We did not get a chance to use either pool. But, both were open and looked fine.

Had trouble with key cards. Resolved quickly by Victor.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was in a great location! It was right next to a supermarket and right across the street from the beach! The heart of the boardwalk was just down the street and the restaurants were great in the area.

The only complaint I would have is that the parking was terribly layed out! There were no signs when traveling under the carport and I almost got in a wreck with a vehicle that pulled in the opposite direction.

Great Ocean view from the balcony , our room was spacious and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub! The staff were amazing. coffee and tea were great and appreciated the 24 hr. Availability of it too! Loved watching the fishtank in the lobby. easy walk across the street to the beach ⛱️ great location to grocery store, and restraunts also. They have quite a variety of things for breakfast overall this is a great place to stay 😀

Great staff and amazing rooms.

Roaches in the elevator and hallways. Never saw any in the room, but we did see them In most other places. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working, and almost all vending machines in the hotel will not vend most items "only certain drinks that are stocked". Breakfast was crowded and under stocked. Show up early if you want a waffle because there's a good line. Pool has broken windows and people coming in without a key card after 8 (through the broken windows) and holds maybe 15 people uncomfortably.
