Great air conditioning, efficient, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast for size of property taken on patio overlooking garden and pool. Parking right outside hotel.

Comfort rooms are small with tiny bathrooms and limited storage space. Fine for an overnight stay but consider an upgrade or elsewhere if you are staying a few nights as we did. No dinner in hotel and restaurants are in town 20 mins walk away along a cycle path. Access to the pool is thru breakfast room - not great for a pre breakfast swim!

The staff, especially Sylvian, was absolutely amazing—very kind and incredibly helpful. At times, he even went out of his way to assist us and our children, which made a big difference to our stay. The family room was spacious, well laid out, and perfect for traveling with young children—we had plenty of room to relax and store our things, which made our stay comfortable. The hotel is also ideally located with easy access to major routes leading to Strasbourg and Colmar, as well as many of the scenic Alsace villages, including Obernai itself. It made our road trip through the region incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Being only about 50 minutes by road to Offenburg, the hotel also served as a great base for exploring the Black Forest

The breakfast spread was quite basic, with limited variety, especially for children. It would have been nice to have a few more kid-friendly options. Also, the commode in the toilet was placed a bit awkwardly, making it slightly uncomfortable to sit. That said, these were minor issues and didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.

The hotel is perfectly located just outside Obernai historical downtown. Easy to reach and at walkable distance to the center. Parking in loco is a nice plus. The backyard is beautiful and the swing pool very enjoyable during the hot season. Staff is helpful and very kind.

Rooms are a little too small. With one luggage on the floor your barely have space to move around. Furniture does need a revamp. And it misses a water boiler and coffee maker although we could get them easily by asking to the reception.

Hotel was exactly as expected although the garden and swimming pool were better than anticipated. Location was exactly right for us as we didn’t want to be right in the centre of town and parking was secure and a bonus.

It would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

We came with a very large Family-group and the preparation of the stay and the stay itself was just absolutely unremarkable. We all felt great, the stuff was extremely pleasant. Also the large area around the pool was great for the kids to play.

The pool was excellent. The parking was generous and there were a series of shops very closeby. The property did not offer food other than a continental breakfast and so allowed you to bring takeaway food inc pizzas etc into the property from the adjacent and unrelated shopping area to eat beside the bar.- this was fantastic.

The decor of the hallways was dark and our room was smaller than expected with a small window, but it was clean and functional.

Great location, great people running the place and it has a great amount of space for kids to use the pool, the table tennis table. There is a large amount of space to run around which is fantastic. Rooms are really well kept and the loft bedroom has an awesome feel to it.

Nice modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Situated on nice grounds, with parking. Three minute drive to free parking for old town. Nice breakfast buffet.

Bath tub difficult to enter and exit for mobility challenged persons.

The location is excellent if you are traveling by car, but parking spaces are somewhat limited. We never had a problem finding a spot, but our car was 'blocked' by others a few times. The staff is very friendly, but it sometimes takes some patience to find them. The breakfast is quite expensive for what it is, but you can easily get something small at the supermarket nearby. There is also a pizza restaurant just next door and plenty of restaurants in the town center (about 15-20 minutes walk). The pool area/ garden was great with plenty of chairs. We had one of the family suites on the top floor and the room was very spacious. A bit dated, but comfortable. As you enter, there's a bedroom with a big 2p bed, a sitting corner, a small terrace, a big closet, plus a tiny kitchenette area with a small fridge and a water boiler, and a bathroom. The other bedroom is under the roof upstairs (very steep stairs) and it's huge. Ours had a large 2p bed and a 1p bed, plus lots of extra space, two sofas.

The pillows were very hard and really uncomfortable. The air conditioning was standing in the upper bedroom of the suite and it really didn't do much. So it was really warm on both levels of our family room in July.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was amazing and it had an elevator. The have actual metal keys for the door instead of a card. It was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

I wish it had a refrigerator as amany do now but it wasn't really a big issue.
