We ended up coming here at 23:30 because the original hotel we booked was for the week after! Staff were loverly, got us checked in quick and settled. Very clean, super comfortable beds. After driving for 8 hours that day, that bed felt like the best bed in the world!

Breakfast ended earlier but staff was so nice and brought out pastries and cooked food for us. Nothing bad in the end!

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable and well equipped. 2 tiny quibbles - the pillows aren't great and the tea/coffee tray would be much enhanced with the additon of some spoons rather than wooden sticks. The hotel's location is perfect for us as we drive from Enland to Southern Spain, stopping here overnight. Its just off the A10 so no time wasted getting into and out of Bordeaux

Its a shame that the bar and restuarant aren't open/stocked at the weekend. After a long journey a drink to unwind would be very welcome, and when the restaurant is open it is very good, but there are a couple of eating options close by.

It was all good but if pushed I would say that the restaurant was a little expensive but food was delicious and served quickly The waitress and waiter were attentive but could have been friendlier

Quick check in, bed was comfortable, free filtered water dispenser in the corridor, breakfast was good. Staff were okay. The lady in the hijab at reception was excellent....welcoming, efficient and courteous.

Food at dinner was undercooked, which should not have happened as it was not a busy restaurant and no apology was offered for this.

Very nice and friendly people working here. The lady at the reception was lovely and was eager to help when I wanted to get my receipt via the mail which didn't work initially. I got an upgrade of my room and the rooms are very nice and well maintained. The room I stayed in was very clean and had a good size two person bed, a TV, ammenities for ironing your clothes and a very good airconditioning system that was capable of cooling the room to a decent temperature. Sound insulation seemed good as I couldn't hear much from the outside or the other rooms. However I stayed in September so the hotel was not really crowded with people. The room had a very nice and up-to-date bathroom with a nice bath/shower combo and I was positively surprised how clean and well maintained everything was. I have stayed in other hotels for the same price and have seen much, much worse. Parking is outside the hotel and during my stay there was plenty of spaces free. Breakfast was pretty good but it is your typical hotel-style breakfast. If you have been to multiple hotels before and had breakfast there, you know what I mean. Don't expect to be blown away, but I will say there were decent choices available and the meats/cheeses/fruit seemed fresh. Overal I had a very good experience I would definitely come back if I ever was in the Bordeaux area.

WiFi was a paid option. I don't know why some hotels keep doing this but I fail to see why such a basic and reasonably inexpensive thing is put behind a pay wall. I thought I would mention this for the people who have a limited 4G/5G data plan (tourists) or digital nomads.

Really great hotel with a friendly and exceptional staff. The rooms are a good size and have all the amenities that you would think of. You can also get a tram from a stone's throw of the hotel in to town (Bordeaux). Would definitely stay again.

We arrived very late after a long flight tired and starving but were welcome by a very helpful young lady who managed to feed us as well. There was a leak in the room from the window due to the very heavy rain that night. It was no bother to us but we mentioned it at the reception. Shortly afterwards, a maintenance person was there to take a look.

Breakfast is too pricey.

The room was spacious and clean, with good quality tea/coffee/toiletries etc. The only thing it lacked was a bottle opener. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and wine in the restaurant.

We had a problem with the Aircon, the instructions were no help so the room was a little too warm. We didn't call reception but I'm sure they would have resolved it if we had. The pillows aren't great, very small and a bit lumpy

Great location and the fact that there is so much airline staff staying at the hotel is evidence that this is a high quality facility!

The quality of the restaurant was well above expectation, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Perfect sleepover hotel. No fuss, late check in provided. Very easy process. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is clean, rooms are as expected. Quiet location to get a good night sleep and access to the motorway is excellent. Have used this hotel for many years and will continue to do so

No Smoked Salmon for breakfast
