It is a good hotel to stay when you are in Pune for work. You have plenty of space in the room, there is no noise (something not that usual in the traffic chaos of Indian cities where everyone uses the horn continuesly), everything is clean, and in general the stay is comfortable. I like the location of the hotel in Magarpatta, one of the few areas in the city where you can walk as in European cities. Space for walkers, not much traffic and noise, and clean streets.

The beds are too soft, the mattresses need to be changed for new ones. And the beed sheets should be bigger, it makes it uncomfortable with the current short sheets.

Location is really nice. Magarpatta shopping center Destination Center just next door with lots of eating places and variety of stores. Seasons Mall and Amanora mall Megacenter office complex are also nearby. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is also good with variety of items available. I ate in the hotel restaurant one night and ordered veg biryani which was excellent.

I didn't like very soft bed as I have back issues but the hotel staff replaced it with a hard bed when I requested for hard bed.

The stay was pleasant. I had booked for 3 people and they gave us a suite room, which was a relief in terms of space. I had asked for an extra bed which they did not provide. And the utilities were not provided for 3 people but Twhen we asked for it, they immediately supplied it. The breakfast was not big spread but whatever provided was tasty, so absolutely no complaint on that front.

The utilities like Soap, shampoo etc can be of better quality and also please provide Napkins in the rooms.

Perfect location for work-related travel to Magarpatta, Hadapsar and nearby areas. Room came with an extra living space with kitchen and balcony. Superb service and very friendly staff. Amazing food - including breakfast, in room dining and anything ordered in the restaurant.

Mosquitoes in the room. Dustbins smelled of smoke and ash. Bathroom had stench of alcohol if the exhaust was switched off, which meant it was not cleaned up properly after some heavy partying by previous residents.

Great location for work access to Magarpatta City and plenty of food options right next door to the hotel. Large local street food stalls and mini supermarket for any shopping. staff were very polite and professional and helpful. Big room space.

The shower facilty was not great and was spraying out water through the cubicle, causing water to flow out into the bathroom area. I did manage to get room changed upon request. There should be some plates or utensils provided in the kithenette area if guests want to use this facility for food to be eaten in the space provided.

Excellent location, very good rooms. The breakfast was very tasty and the spread was decent. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very prompt to attend to any requests.

I asked for a spare key(which is also used for as the power switch). Was not given by the desk staff even after I told that I might need to step out leaving the family at the room. So, I was stranded completely or forced to go along with the whole family if I needed to ho out. On the day of checkout a differen desk staff said she could have helped me with it.

Breakfast was good. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. Location at the start of the Magarpatta city is central for many places.

I guess this was a one off case. There was no water supply for about an hour after checking in, as they had planned some maintenance. But then there should have been some proper information and some alternative; shudder to think who might have had some problems with this. Dinner spread & taste could improve - there was one paneer side dish which didn’t taste good.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the hotel, and the family was pleased with the size of the rooms. A good array was provided for breakfast, and it gives you the impression that you are eating a proper mix of western and indigenous cuisine. The staff was very friendly and made sure that you were attended to in all aspect of your stay, throughout the reception, dining, check-in, and baggage handling processes. Indra, Ganesh, Akash, and Prajakta come to mind, who helped us throughout our stay.

I have been here several times and really like the location and service. The restaurant is good with excellent service. Rooms are adequately provided with bottled water and kettle for making tea.

I have also been complaining about the quality of the mattress in the room several times. The Mangement does not seem to be bothered about this. One would be lucky if he wakes up without a back pain. I had to sleep perpendicular to the bed , to catch some sleep. The hard bed they provide is nothing but a plank of wood. It would be disappointing for me to shift from this hotel, because of the Mattress.

Wonderful hospitality during my stay. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Your kindness and attention to detail truly made me feel at home. It's rare to come across such genuine care and service, and I deeply appreciate it.

The exterior of the hotel could benefit from a fresh coat of paint to enhance its appearance.
