Central location directly above a mall and connection to public transport Monorail. The room was very clean and extremely spacious! Bed was large and comfortable, we were easily able to sleep with our 2 little kids in one king bed. Breakfast also was amazing; a lot to choose from!

About the room, when the reception couldn't provide the room that has sofa bed, he provided free extra bed which is more better than what I reserved. Location is great, breakfast is good fresh and the chapati is delicious.

The check in process, it took time to finish.

Rooms are large, bathroom is good, room is very clean and staff is friendly. The hotel is literally inside a shopping mall and its easy to visit shops by just stepping out of the lift, to a different floor. There is also a theme park, though we didn't visit it. Also, there are a lot of food options in the shopping mall.

The breakfast is pure vegetarian. However, the food labels said "chicken" and "mutton". They could have specified that these dishes are made with vegetarian ingradients like soya, etc. As we are vegans, we skipped those dishes assuming they are made of meat. It would have been easier to just keep a label that says all ingredients are vegetables.

The lifts were fast. The room is huge. The location is central.

Need to upgrade the rooms to the latest such as providing USB and Type C ports for charging.

Hotel is old, its showing its age with furniture and facilities. Only vegan breakfast buffet option.

We've previously stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel and it's the location that keeps us coming back. Our reservation was for the Premier Club Suite and we asked for a room that had a view of the newly constructed Merdeka 118. We stayed on two separate occassions on this trip. During our first stay we only had the KL tower and the Twin Towers view, but on our second stay we had all three of the well-known landmarks. The sight was breathtaking. At the Club lounge, Shipon was very helpful and friendly. He convinced us to try their vegan selection, and he was right. They were scrumptious. Sarah at the Front Desk was both friendly and helpful in assisting with check-in. We are thankful that the hotel let us store our luggage for a few nights while we went out to Penang.

We requested a late check-out at check-in due to our late arrival, but it wasn't communicated well. The next day, the reception called to ask us to leave before the agreed upon 1:00pm late check-out as well as Housekeeping knocking vigorously shortly after. The view of the landmark we paid for was blocked by dirty windows. Construction in the vicinity is causing congestion in the drop-off/pick-up lobby areas.

Location of the hotel is fabulous with easy access to the monorail and Berjaya Times Square shopping mall. Easy walking distance to the Pavilion shopping mall and approximately 20min walk to Petronius Towers

The Club Room was not as good as it was prior to COVID as there was less choices with food on offer. However the staff were fabulous and really looked after us very well. Daily cleaning of the rooms was a bit disappointing as no cleaning really took place except for the bathroom. With the rest of the suite only the bed was made daily.

Location was great, in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Elevators were accessible and fast. There were six of them. Services were available in the hotel and nearby in the neighborhood. Room lighting was great, whether indoor lights or ambient lighting. Rooms are spacious. Very spacious. We loved both rooms. The bathroom is also spacious, with two sections, WC and shower area, with a door between them. Privacy is well-maintained. Sofa and sofa bed were comfortable and available in both rooms. Huge shopping mall with a nice dining/food area in the lower ground. Location is right in front on the Monorail. A minute walk.

Breakfast wasn't that great. Needs more variety. Room carpet was very old. It's clean but due to its state, it doesn't look clean. The toilet had a very bad smell once we moved in, but it was fixed on the same day.

We stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel for 2 nights and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The service was incredible—every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was an absolute dream: spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a stunning view. It was the perfect space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to the mall, restaurants, and transport. This was our first time staying here and it won’t be the last—Berjaya Times Square is now our go-to hotel whenever we visit Malaysia. Couldn’t recommend it more!
