The resort is beautifully surrounded by nature, offering lovely views from both the rooms and the breakfast area. The restaurant serves a generous buffet breakfast, and the staff provide exceptionally kind and attentive service

The check-in time of 16:00 could be improved to allow guests to check in earlier, ideally from 14:00 onwards. Through the booking.com portal, the restaurant had mentioned that check-in between 14:00 and 15:00 would be fine. However, when we arrived at 15:45, we were asked to wait at the reception and were informed that the room would only be ready by 16:30. Had we been informed of this in advance, we would have planned to arrive later instead of waiting unnecessarily in the lobby.

We recently stayed at Everness Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The reception team was incredibly friendly and cooperative, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We had some comments during our stay, and they took our comments seriously and made changes immediately that satisfied our whole family. The hotel overall is very clean, quiet and detailed within provided service is recognizable. A special thanks to Christelle, who was proactive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her exceptional care made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Everness Hotel for anyone seeking a warm and welcoming stay.

A great place — a hidden gem in the heart of the picturesque countryside, yet very conveniently located just 12 minutes by train from Geneva. We felt very welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. They even upgraded our room to a Suite, which was excellent. As an added bonus, they provided a free transport pass that allowed us to travel around the beautiful Coppet area at no cost. Plus, the complimentary airport shuttle was super convenient — we were happy to take advantage of it!

The shower head was positioned awkwardly, causing most of the water to spill onto the floor. It was nearly impossible to take a proper shower

Great location for visiting both Geneva and Auvergne-Rhone-Alps region. Very friendly staff and our family loved the pool, which had the perfect temperature and scenic views. Breakfast was very nice, with freshly made omelettes and a vast range to choose from. Also very close to the French border and easy to drive across to find cheaper restaurants in Divonne. There is also a good size shopping mall within a 2 minutes drive of the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a great property, you can relax as their pool and outdoor facilities are resort like. I’ve seen people complain about the location, this is actually placed exceptionally well between major cities and a simple google maps search would have shown the location for the complainers. Food wise, this was good too. Shopping wise, you have really nice shopping centers close by. We were able to explore all the surrounding areas including the French side of the lake. We will stay again on our next trip. The staff are also exceptionally friendly and they provide great service.

It was a totally unplanned stay (thanks Easyjet!) so I arrived late and hassled. The bar was very nice and the staff friendly. I crashed out in my very comfy room. In the morning I had buffet breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Geneva/Leman! I had to spend most of the day in the 'business area' and it was mostly good, although the wifi was a bit flaky at times. I had a burger for lunch, one of the best I've had, and then a member of staff gave me a free shuttle ride to Geneva airport. It was a really special stay and a great find.

Bit expensive but I didn't have much choice. Also don't get a cab from the airport, you can use the hotel's free transfer service

Located relatively close to Geneva, the hotel's views and surroundings make it a great choice for relaxation. The pool and wellness facilities, along with the quality of the breakfast, will make us choose this hotel again.

First, it seems the rooms and bathrooms are due for renovation. The same applies to the broken floor tiles in the open-plan dining area. And for a hotel of this caliber, slippers are expected in the rooms.

Close to airport and the hotel staff at reception was good. Very helpful and kind.

Small rooms, breakfast was very short of food. Bread was always “sold out” and had to wait for the staff to refill. The room is super tiny. We booked twin beds and confirmed by hotel but was given double bed. The lady at check out was kind to remedy this. An overall okay hotel to stay for one two nights.

Plenty of parking in a safe environment. A very pleasant bar with friendly and efficient staff. The dining facilities are good and the food and service are very good. The room was spotless on our arrival and during our stay.

I found the room safe to be very low down in the cupboard and therefore hard to access. It was necessary to take extra care when entering and leaving the bathtub for the shower. It seems higher than most and was slippery, in fact I almost fell so it's a bit dangerous. Either a grab handle or a small step would go a long way to rectify this. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the communal jam jars and the large Le Parfait tube. Individual portions would be much better and make that part of the buffet less "messy". Bacon on the buffet would also be appreciated.
