Our ocean view double room was great, felt very airy and we loved the view. No complaints on the room at all, bed was comfy (though pillows uncomfortable). A/C worked well. The location of the hotel is convenient, with plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance and Ubers easy to get. The pool and beach view are beautiful (though see my notes on the pool area).

First, the cost relative to what's offered was not great (particularly with all the added hotel fees that come on the bill at the end). This seems pretty common in San Juan though, not specific to this hotel. Still, it makes things that would have been a minor issue feel a lot bigger when you're getting extra charges left and right. You definitely need to realize the pool and pool area are tiny, so getting a chair there is tough and the pool area only gets sun til about noon (in February at least). Service was a bit mixed, bartenders and waitstaff were great while the guy who checked me in at the front desk was the opposite of warm and welcoming. Pillows very uncomfortable.

The aesthetic was lovely, the kid free/adults only was the vibe and the beach view was gorgeous.

I contacted the desk for room cleaning service and even stopped downstairs to remind them of our room needing cleaning service and towels but no one ever completed the request. We didn’t have cleaning service to our room for 2 days and used the same towels both days.

I recently stayed at Ocean Club and had a fantastic experience! Minutes away from the Vanderbilt this still had its charm but with a refreshed feel. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, modern and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The infinity pool although small was a great for the vibe and I noticed they allowed guest passes too. Drinks were great, pool staff friendly and a good mix of people. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to good restaurants and lots to do. I would stay again.

for a 4 star I was expecting something more grand for the price as compared to 3 stars and less and overall I had to mentally readjust my expectations as a result…

Surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars and stores has scooters in the location Uber’s only took one minute. I loved it. Also the staff would text me to make sure I was OK every day of my day.

Not able to sit in the beach chairs on the beach when it was still early in the day. They made us get up to lock them down. It was only like 6-7pm

The pool was amazing. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The views were very nice unbeatable ocean front view from the lobby and pool deck. Cute swimming beach down the block. Close location to old San Juan with 5 buck Uber rides.

They are doing some upgrades to the facade which can use a little facelift. If you are hoping to go into the ocean it's a little too dangerous here and rocky. The surrounding area has a few vacant buildings that were kinda creepy but looks as if they are being repaired

This hotel is very nice and in a great location . Really easy to get to nearby restaurants and to Old SanJuan .

The small fridge was not cool in the room , it’s inside of an armoire and smelled weird . You also have no control on the temperature in the room . You have to call the front desk to contact an engineer to up the temperature on cool nights . It’s February and the nights are 70 or lower and the room is 60 degrees and chilly.

First things first the view is amazing from the room. The infinity pool is right on the beach and also amazing. The Hotel is located in a perfect spot. The hotel is in walking distance from everything or a 10min Uber ride. They also have motorized scooters everywhere.

The pool was cold everyday we were there. I wish it was heated so we could enjoy it more. Other than that there was nothing to complain about.

Rooms were spacious and quiet. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Location was great, close to many shops and restaurants and attractions in old San Juan.

The main issue was there was no late check out which really put a damper on our last day. The hotel could hold our bags but we couldn't rest in our rooms or shower in our rooms before out early evening departure. Really need a late check out option.
