The hot tub was great! The pool was small but perfect for dipping. The area was quieter than the main strip of hotels. There was a restaurant on site where we got a voucher for a discount. There was a little store on site too! We also had free chairs and an umbrella at the beach.

The beach was 7 minute walk

It was located near everything and the staff was pleasant.

I thought there would be a hot tub (as advertised) but the water was cold

Property was in a very good location & not overcrowded very close to a lot of places and food. La Placita isn’t too far away it’s a lot of tourists spots nearby & was very close to the beach.

Cleaning ladies were loud in the mornings

The old Comfort Inn has been totally refurbished, the place is very attractive now. It's still in the same kinda unappealing location however, up a slight grade on broken sidewalks to Ashford Ave. Still, not more than 2 minute walk to the main drag in Condado. The area is full of old apartment houses, condo conversions and some dated single family houses, it's in the process of going upscale, at the end of the street a huge construction project is ongoing, tall new condo building. They close that end of the street from time to time so we had some problems with Uber drivers getting to the hotel. Beds were comfy. Good shower with lots of hot water. Strange off-brand coffee maker in the room. Mini-Microwave and cube fridge in room also. The pool is small with only about 6 loungers and 3 Adirondack chairs. I didn't go in the pool, it was full of kids jumping in and out and you know what that means. Breakfast was welcome, very few hotels in SJ offer a free breakfast. Nothing fancy, serve yourself, they had a waffle maker, eggs, sausages, breakfast pastries and muffins + the worst watery orange juice, couldn't drink it. Coffee was good. Small exercise room next to the breakfast room, both are in the pool area so you walk to the pool to get breakfast. The price was high for a Comfort Inn but given the location in Condado it was half of the major hotels like La Concha. They charge a $25 daily "resort fee" on top of the bill, which is ridiculous but you'll see it when you check out. For me, an extra $100. In what way is a Comfort Inn a resort? The name was changed to Abitta, which is confusing to people trying to find the place. Hotel is about 7 stories but only 8 rooms on a floor so total room count is under 60 rooms.

Breakfast, although free, was basic, the tiny room you eat in was too crowded. Nothing was proper temperature. OJ horrible, flavored water. Pool is tiny and too full of kids for my taste. The area the hotel is located in is kinda unappealing, potholes in the streets, broken sidewalks, old tired buildings from the 1960s.

The staff were wonderful- knowledgeable and very friendly . Really enhanced the experience from the front desk staff, to the wait staff and valet team; they all made us feel welcome and were more than happy to help us make the trip stress free. Great location close to the main drive with many restaurants and bars in walking distance . The restaurant had local favorites and typical foods that would keep all in any party happy . The pool amenities were fun and welcoming with current music playing and fun murals . Would for sure stay again

Nightly street flooding from High tide can make navigating Ubers late night tricky but the valet will wave you into the private lot out front to keep your feet dry .

The hotel was nice. Very colorful, the decor was modern.The location was great.You really are at the central location of a lot.A bonus was that the store was right on the corner. The pool area was a great place to relax.The breakfast was not the best, but it was accommodating. A little tip call the Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park directly it's definitely cheaper that way, and they have more when you are there .

The street was flooding, but it did not affect my stay. When I came, the flooding was gone

Liked location in Condado and convenience to that area. Good access to cruise ships and airport. Staff very nie and helpful. GastroPub in hotel was good food and convenient. Only real "complaint" was inability to get room warm enough to sleep comfortable. A/C difficult to control and hot water in room was scarce. Will likely to return if again visit San Juan.

We got a credit at the restaurant next door, and breakfast there was good. We had what seemed like a bonus room/ area that had a couch, coffee maker, fridge, so that was nice. Staff was great

The cleanliness and quality/niceness of the walls, shower etc are what you expect from a comfort inn (which it used to be) (best Western, quality inn, Etc). We stayed for one night before our cruise and we slept well, so can't complain

The staff was the best part in my opinion, they were very helpful and kind, and gave excellent recommendations of fun things to do in the area. I never used the pool, but the hotel is a five minute walk from a beautiful beach and when you're in Puerto Rico, surrounded by some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world, you simply don't need a pool.

I loved everything about the hotel from the decor to the staff to how close it was to restaurants,San Juan airport and especially the beach. The staff was great from the front desk to especially the parking attendance, very friendly and always giving suggestions to what and where you should do. Great job Ábitta ❤️

The only negative that I could say is the food and the restaurant was a little bit pricey even though they give you a voucher for $25
