When we visited for this night - the staff we met on this visit were lovely and we were lucky enough to be put in one of the downstairs rooms with private terraces which was really lovely, the facilities in the room looked nice and the room was clean. The location of this hotel was fantastic a short walk to the beach and lots of bars/ restaurants all nearby. loved it!

Sadly we did have an issue with the shower temperature which would not stay warm and would keep changing (hot and cold), but we were only staying one night so not a huge deal. Also unfortunately in the middle of the night there was a guest in the hall who was shouting and being very disruptive, disturbing a number of the guests trying to sleep, obviously the hotel is not responsible for their actions, but equally no one seemed to be coming to diffuse the situation so it went on for some time.

Loved the small boutique vibe. It was in a great location! Close to everything…restaurants, some shopping, bars, and places to visit. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!

Needed to have a full length mirror in the rooms. Also, the layout of the bathroom was awkward. The toilet was right in front of the sliding door and sort of blocked the shower entrance. Also the shower door leaked all over the floor so it was always wet.

The breakfast was descent at The Wave Hotel - Bacon & Eggs would have been great - but they guys that work there was friendly & pleasant.

I was in Room 103 - the patio & bathtub was dirty & not clean the swing chair linens needed to be replaced. I understand it’s located outside. Also I was skeptical if I should take a bath outside- I noticed a surveillance camera on the corner of the building. I’m hoping it wasn’t faced towards privacy of the bath area located outside?

The staff was amazing, Z was a sweetheart. The room was clean, and the place was affordable.

I didn't like that every room didn't have a refrigerator, and the hotel didn't provide one if requested. The first day we had wifi was fine. After that, it was terribly slow.

Check in was at 4 but we arrived early as we were coming off a cruise. The front reception gentleman accommodated us with storage of our luggage, suggested a restaurant near by which was excellent and walked over to the restaurant to give us our key early. Offered us pool/beach towels and portable chairs to bring to the beach. They also suggested a local pizza place for supper which was excellent. They also scheduled a taxi for our early flight.

All was good.

Location, location, location. You can walk to the beach from the Ivy in around 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I appreciated the included bottles of water and the lovely robes and slippers.

The pool could have been heated a bit more, it was a little cold.

The location of the hotel is amazing, you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The hotel pool is a gem! The staff is super nice, they gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and other beaches to explore. They do offer breakfast at another hotel 1 block away from Ivy. The views from the rooftop are great and the staff there was also super nice. The hotel has towels and beach chairs that are super comfy.

Very small details... there are no shelves on the shower to put soap and shampoo, the curtain on the room could be darker, and some shade on the pool could be nice.

Location was great, staff very friendly.

Wifi didn’t work our whole trip, so couldn’t even watch television. There really needs to be some type of mirror in the room besides the small bathroom mirror. Housekeeping took all towels but didn’t replace them all.

The Ivy is in a great location! For that reason alone it is worth the price. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were nice, new and clean.

The hotel seemed to be a bit understaffed which is very common these days. We definitely would’ve liked to have our room cleaned during our 4 night stay but it appears that we would’ve had to ask for that as our room wasn’t cleaned while we were there.

Location was exellent ,room was big ,everything was clean and in order,the staff is super friendy,I had a rental and there was parking near the Hotel at a very resonable price
