Breakfast offered a small 3-item selection but was made-to-order so it was hot and 'homelike". Fresh fruit, coffee, and juice were served with any of the 3 main options.

I did NOT like being charged the full price of my stay 6 WEEKS BEFORE I arrived. Yes, there was a small warning on the website that they "might charge at any time" but it's unusual to have to PREPAY a booking which has been guaranteed by a credit card already. Also, for other potential guests - just be aware that there is NO elevator or baggage assistance. If you book the best rooms (with a "view and balcony" on the second floor) you will lug your bags up a narrow stairway to get to your room. Parking is not available on-site, you must either "street park" if you find a space or use a paid lot a few blocks away. Street parking in off-season was easy for us but in the high season it's probably not so easy.

It is a small hotel in the perfect location - close to the beach Wal-Mart and many restaurants. Pizza Hut, Ihop, Subway, Churches Chicken all on one compound - you just have to cross a busy intersection. And in the opposite direction, you have the busy strip where there are many bars and the night life. The hotel is located in a quiet side street away from the noise. I liked that they serve breakfast, but it is the same thing every morning, only 3 options. But it is enough to start your day. Plaza Las Américas, was an Uber away, about 5 mins and easy to get to. Love the mall and how close it was. I would definitely stay here again. Luis at the front desk was very helpful.

The bed was not comfortable, it was a bit lumpy and there was poor Wi-fi.

Casa Wilson is within walking distance of Ashford St, which has many restaurants and stores. It is also close to the beach, pharmacies, and a walmart. The location is great and safe to walk at night. I also liked the complementary breakfast every morning. The cafe con leche was delicious. All staff members were nice and helpful.

What would make the experience a true 10/10 would be parking. If you rent a car, be mindful you'll have to find street parking or pay for parking at a parking garage. I was able to consistently find street parking just a block away though, so no big deal.

The hotel offers a complete hot breakfast - free- in a little outside area on the side of the building. They’ll take your order and serve up what you’d like. The staff was very accommodating and friendly - storing luggage, teaching us how to use the TV, giving restaurant recommendations, giving us beach towels to take for our afternoon of snorkeling. Plus there’s a little bowl of snacks in the lobby to choose from. There are several sitting areas around the hotel if you have time to sit still! We walked to restaurants for both lunch and dinner.

I can’t think of anything negative worth writing about.

I loved the location of the inn, it was near the airport, super close to the beach (only 4 blocks away) and to La Placita and the restaurants of Condado area. Marriot hotel is only 2 blocks away – I rented a car there for 1 day to get to a tour and it was super easy to pick it up and to drop it off. The room was pretty and neat, super practical with a comfy bed, enough space for my suitcases and my stuff, a small fridge, a tv and toiletries. The inn and specially my room had that vintage feeling with beautiful tiles on the floors. The room had both AC and fan. The smell of the place was amazing. The pool is private and cozy with unlimited ice and towels. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was even better. I would come back to this hotel many many more times.

I requested cleaning service once during my 8-days stay but unfortunately the toilet and lavatory weren't cleaned and I didn't receive extra bottles of shampoo (only 2 tiny bottles for 8 days).

A lovely boutique feel. I loved the inner courtyard with a place to dip & running water, very soothing. The bedding was excellent quality. The design was great. Breakfast is fresh & tasty. This was so nice I decided to stay a second night. The front desk gave me a much better rate than the apparent genius discount, so I would recommend booking with the hotel directly.

The fridge with a marble square top was next to the bed. Unfortunately I had a freak accident as my daughter sleep talks & my head jerked up in my sleep and I gashed my head in the marble corner.

Breakfast was delicious. All offerings were very tasty. Beach supplies! They had plenty of towels for our water activities. Friendly people at the front desk. Pool was small, but nice for sitting and relaxing. Room 11 had a shared balcony that was pleasant for outside, shaded sitting. Ashford avenue and all the beach stuff was three blocks to the north. We saw a party zone street maybe three blocks to the south. You are near some fun no matter what you like. Street parking, once accustomed to local customs, was free and ok. We visited in a slow month. I cannot imagine finding free street parking when things are busy.

Room 11 lacks storage space. There are places to put things, but not nearly enough if you are there for a few days and you want to unpack. We must have sweet blood. Mosquitoes visited us during breakfast, while on the balcony and while at the pool.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Casa Wilson Inn. It was our first time in Puerto Rico and we were so thankful to book this stay. The staff is super friendly and the property is nice and clean. There is an outdoor pool that is open until 11 pm, which was a perfect way to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony too, which allowed us to relax outside while listening to the coqui frogs. They have a fresh breakfast available every day. They serve you fruit and your choice of a main dish from their menu. The location is in a safe area close to stores and restaurants. Also the girl at the desk gave us a lot of useful information for our visit-I highly recommend staying at Casa Wilson!

We love the property is beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. The staff is great, the room is comfortable and clean, also the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is fresh and the facilities are perfect. These is a great place to stay to disconnect from the every day routine and just relax. We are coming back soon. And the area is perfect because everything is walking distance.

There is nothing wrong with the property. Is very pretty and you will not be disappointed.

The location is great; 3 blocks from the beach and short walks to bars, restaurants and a lovely park. Checking In and checking out was the easiest I've ever experienced. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs with Ham & Cheese served with Toast. Coffee was great. Fruit was ripe and delicious. The room was actually cold. Because it's Puerto Rico I'm adding it to good list. The ground floor rooms are only tile floors, you might want to wear flip flops in your room or else your feet will get cold.

When you need housekeeping, make sure you put the "MAID SERVICE PLEASE" sign on your door. Otherwise your room will be skipped. The rooms aren't soundproof, and as mentioned the floors are tile. So if someone down the halls slides a chair across the floor, you'll probably hear it.
