The best was the location. Food availability around the area is excellent Staff was great, cordial, helpful, and kind Eating lunch downstairs at "La Bodeguita de Manolo"

Parking as a guest of the hotel was very expensive in my opinion. The food at the hotel was not good I have stayed here before (3 times) and the rooms I had before were good. This time I had a 2nd floor and the balcony door was unlocked and hard to secure so I had to ask for help. Did not feel totally safe.

I like that it’s close to the airport and close to the Beach. I love the penthouse pool.

I didn’t like my balcony view of BurgerKing parking lot. I didn’t like the selection of breakfast food which was also overpriced

The air conditioning was extremely loud it sounded like a plane taking off when it started in my room. I didn’t ask to be switched because I hate moving to another room but I should have. It didn’t let me sleep soundly.

Location was good. Pool was nice. Everything looked updated. Staff was nice. Rooftop restaurant was good.

Room wasn’t all the way clean, especially the bathroom. We never got clean sheets.

My friends and I had an amazing time at AC Hotel! Our room was clean with a beautiful layout. I love the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room with a microwave right on our floor. I’m happy we opted for the continental breakfast included in our stay being that it was $21+ per person. Breakfast was great and so was the food on the lunch/dinner menu. The food prices were very decently priced. The pool area was beautiful and the beach was within walking distance. And speaking of distance, everything that we needed was in walking distance and we loved that! We were very highly appreciative that we were able to check in early as well! AC Hotel was truly beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint we had was poor housekeeping! We left to get breakfast and hang poolside for hours just to come back to our room around 4pm just to find out that it still wasn’t cleaned! We had to request towels and the garbage be taken out…and the same issue happened the following day as well.

The King sized bed was super comfortable! The room (826) was spacious and we never felt cramped. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic. There's a small balcony to chill out on. Although it's not waterfront, you can see the beach from it. The pool/rooftop area was nice to chill out on. The bar at the pool was convenient. The location is great in Condado. Ubers were easy to use and the area was safe for walking. There's plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance of the hotel. The beach is a few blocks away so we walked there a few times.

The $45.00 resort fee per day seems like a scam. The hotel states that you will be credited back the money if you spend money on food/drinks/beach chairs, etc; however, every time we walked through the lobby, someone was complaining to the desk staff about the credit not being on their bill. Definitely review your statement upon check-out. The desk staff could have been a little friendlier. They seemed bothered at times.

Location is great. Very easy to get to old San Juan , grab an Uber etc. close to the beach , literally a few blocks. Very clean. Pool on rooftop was also very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing serious. Their assigned beach section could be better organized. The workers were typically late on site but it’s vaca so no sweat waiting for them to come and set up the chairs/umbrellas.

The staff was amazing! S/O to Francisco, Nicole, Christian, Florida, and the bar crew upstairs on the top floor. They were sooo nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding morning staff and night bar crew!

I was stuck due to Hurricane Fiona and the price gouging was ridiculous. I ended up switching hotel bc they were not willing to work with my crew. They actually took this opportunity to get as much out of us as possible which was very sad bc I loved this hotel. Because of this, I will never return to this hotel. The fact that the people were not their main concern was disgusting. I blame this decision on management. Never again will I stay here. I am very happy with my new choice of hotel and will continue to stay here until I can get home.

Nice pool, Room was well kept and cleaned daily. They have us a room with a nice city view. Hotel is located near a bakery, market, and plenty restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We took a shortcut to get to the beach where the towels and beach chars were available for the hotel guests.

We kept asking for extra towels as only 2 to 3 were provided for a room with 4, but they were prompt on delivery or we would get pool towels. Same for coffee and cups.
