This classic-style hotel is in a great location—perfect for exploring the area. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hosts are outstanding: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Cristobal is a true gentleman who enjoys a good conversation and makes you feel right at home. The hotel also features a very cool, classy bar and a Spanish restaurant right next door. It’s within walking distance to the beach, and there's a supermarket nearby that stays open until late in the evening.

Comfortable bed, really god air conditioning, I didn't hear any outside noise, and great location. You're not paying top dollar for this hotel, so don't expect luxury accommodations or services. It's not the newest building around, but the inside looks all right. There is a 24-hour, well-stocked grocery store right next to the hotel that sells hot food items and hot coffee.

Not deal-breakers for me, but others might want to know about this: The hotel doesn't have an elevator, and it doesn't have parking for its guests.

I liked the comfortable feeling of the hotel. If you are looking for a modern high-tech updated hotel, then this isn't the place for you. This hotel is an old home converted into a quiet, secure, and cozy hotel. The staff are really nice and will take time to talk to you. I loved the plants and the terrace on the roof. I also loved how the owner accommodated us by putting us in a 3 bed room instead of the standard 2 bed room at no extra charge. Thank you.

There are honestly just 2 things that would have made my stay perfect there. 1. A microwave. My daughters and I don't eat a lot, so a microwave to heat up left over food would have been nice. 2. A small coffee pot. I can only drink decaffeinated coffee because of my heart, and finding decaffeinated coffee in Puerto Rico isn't as easy as some may think. Other than that, everything was great.

Location had a very elegant restaurant. Newly opened but excellent and patient staff. Very quiet background music. You did not have to speak too loudly to your dinner companion. The chef even stopped by and had a pleasant conversation explaining the menu. Overall, a really enjoyable experience.

Everything was great, I'll just add more water pressure on shower, but overall was great. Don Cristobal was an excellent host, always ready to solve any problem, if there were one. He always gave us tips of the area and place to visit or where to eat.

Calm Area, Staff was Phenomenal.. the rooms are cozy!. If you want to experience how locals sleep ... this is the place to go.. the beds reminded me when I was a child.. It's a hotel that is quiet and hidden.. worth the value.

Christopher greeted us at the door and actually gave us a choice between two rooms. We took the first one he showed us. It was small but quite comfortable for our one-night stay on the way to the airport.

Any place is made better by the presence of a coffee maker!

Christopher, who I believe is the owner, was such a wonderful man. He waited for our late arrival and took good care in getting us checked in, preparing our room, and even carrying up my luggage. We are from California, and he shared about his travels through the West Coast and provided us a history lesson on Hearst castle..

The hotel owner and Manger is absolutely wonderful. Took mean a tour of old San juan in the rain and the next day showed me around to the local area. Just amazing.

These is your home away from home. The staff is EXCELLENT!!! They will treat you like family and help you in any way they can. They go well above their duties to make sure you have the best of times.
