HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I can't believe we got such a good value for our double queen room. The inn is beautiful and spacious. We loved the common area which was always clean and airy with natural light. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The details to all their spaces were so well done. The owners at the inn were amazing!!! So friendly and accommodating. They were very informative and made sure we had what we needed while making sure we felt at home.

- great location near a ton of restaurants (and fine to uber to Old San Juan etc for activities, or walkable to hotels nearby that are usually pick up/drop off for tours) - no keys to worry about losing or deactivating, just access codes for the doors - they let me use a quick shower after check out since I had a water activity in the morning and then had to head to a flight

- it wasn't clear from the booking description that I had booked a room without an attached bathroom, and had to pay extra to change upgrade to a private connected bathroom - the front desk is only manned 10am-4pm, a bit of a challenge for early check out, late check in, or comfort storing bags - not a problem for me but for others - I was fine with the residential neighborhood but am sure upon first glance some people used to high end hotels may thing it's a bit rough ( felt safe)

The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit on the small side.

It was far from many of the restaurants in the area, and the shower was cold.

Cute room, nice staff they even let us check in early, the facility was clean, they provided clean beach towels, the kitchen was a plus. I would stay again

There was no hot water Loud guest in the building

Loved the location, easy to get to the beach and a lot of great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very modern and clean and had a shared kitchen space and also provided beach towels and sunscreens. The room was perfect for our stay and they even offered us a free parking space. I really enjoyed the stay!!

The two young ladies at the desk we interacted with were outstandingly helpful. It will be the main thing I remember about the place, although all was good. Liked the mattress.

The staff was very nice and professional.

They didn't empty out the garbage after the first night. My daughter told me that hotels don't do that for short stays but I didn't like it. Everything else was good.

Great & cozy place. Very clean & beautifully decorated. I left very impressed. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, Condado & La Placita. Absolutely all stuff was extremely professional, friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed staying there and hoping to come back soon. Thank you La Buena Vida Team!

Great Place to Relax Eco Friendly and clean very spacious accommodations. Really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Rooms are Nice and Cozy shared open kitchen with open Sun roof breakfast area. Great eating spots in walking distance of property. Definitely will stay again next time in area.

I liked the homy feeling of a smaller place not like a big hotel and the long hallways. A warmer feel.

Bath room outside of the bedroom. Which in all reality was no real problem.
