We can not say enough about Jessica! She is amazing! Always smiling, very helpful, knowledgeable, made us feel like home. Words can't explain how awesome she is.

My credit card got stolen twice. It happened when I booked this place and then once we checked in. We feel someone at this location is selling our information. Cause on our last day someone claiming to be from the tropica says we need to update and add another card or our reservation is going to be canceled. Even though it was already paid for. So not happy with that.

Fantastic location, extremely clean, comfortable and lovely for relaxing between activities. Good common areas. The restaurant was amazing. And the staff for both the hotel and the restaurant (not connected to the hotel but onsite) were wonderful. Especially Jessica (front desk) and Paola (restaurant).

Could have used a bit more drawer space, a safe that locked, and a kettle for hot water (I love a cup of tea at night).

Very helpful friendly staff; beautiful inside decor; close to beach; fits with local community instead of being in a resort bubble; close to awesome restaurants for authentic PR cuisine; super clean; great mattress/pillows/sheets; elegant restaurant on ground floor; no noise problems in hotel or surroundings. They lend out beach chairs, towels, and (rain) umbrellas for free, and the nearby beach has shade trees.

Shower has a partial wall; it stays open and soaks the bath mat. We try to conserve towels but there are no bars for them, only 2 hooks. Simple fix to put more hooks on door, esp for wet bathing suits! Close to beach, but waves come so hard and fast you CANNOT swim safely. We had to Uber to Condado Plaza for a swim, then pay to rent loungers and umbrellas there. If you want to enjoy swimming in calm tropical waters, as I did, you might want a different place.

Well located, very close to a beautiful beach, cleaned and the staff is very friendly. I suggest to have a car, the hotel has its own parking.

I booked two rooms due to a family member getting married and the hotel was not a huge hotel which I liked. It was a small hotel, super clean and having a restaurant right next door was great. We were not right on the beach but it was a short walk up the block. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I am grateful to Jessica and appreciated her help and wonderful personality. We chatted a few times and she gave me great suggestions of where to eat nearby. When I needed assistance with an issue with the shower she was quick to contact maintenance to check the problem. Her friendly demeanor and smile was very welcoming. She made the stay much more pleasant and would definitely go back again.

What I didn’t care for was that during the week there is not someone at the front desk 24/7 like I’m typically used to. However, they did provide a phone number just in case you did need someone. Luckily, I did not need to contact anyone the one night that someone was not there after midnight.

Only spent 5 hours there, but the room was wonderful, clean, beds were comfortable. Bonus was the restaurant attached; food was excellent.

Noise outside. All night there were motorcycles with loud music going up and down the street.

Everything was amazing. Prompt response to my late check in request. Helpful, polite, and informative front desk upon check in. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed felt like cloud nine. Front desk had great recommendations for places to eat nearby and there’s a security guard after hours. The location is perfect; close to the beach, restaurants, and main attractions are just a short drive away. Enjoy San Juan and go back to a safe, secure and quiet environment. Definitely planning my next stay and bringing my kids with me.

Great hotel with superb service! All of the employees were amazing but Jessica really went above and beyond, welcoming us and making us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again!!

No elevator for second floor but they accommodated.

Right upon arrival Jo at the front desk set the stage for an amazing visit. Her gold star customer service and warm demeanor made my friend and I excited for our stay. Jo walked us through all of the amenities (lots of them), gave us excellent tips and recommendations for our time there, and overall made it feel like we were right at home. She consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable - from giving us delicious drinks, to making sure we had enough towels, and comfy pillows. Additionally, the location of this hotel is wonderful and fairly centrally located. Calle Loiza is a block away and has lots of great restaurants and shops. Walgreens was less than a 10 minute walk away which was a huge plus! Not to mention being 5 minutes away from the beach… and the hotel provides beach towels and chairs which was so handy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our rooms clean and were very friendly anytime we saw them, and the room we had was very, very comfortable. My stay here was a dream and I absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

The bed matress had a bad smell
