I had a great stay at Conturce! The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils I needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The space was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the air conditioning in the rooms, which ran 24/7 and provided a cool and comfortable environment, especially in the warmer weather. The rooftop area was a standout feature—it’s a great spot to relax or take in the views. The location was also incredibly convenient, with a supermarket just around the corner and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside to take you to OSJ for $.75 or you can uber for a lot more, the choice is yours 😊 Overall, Conturce provided everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The room were clean, and nice. The staff was super sweet and allowed late entry on the first day- even before we were officially check-in which was very helpful. The rooftop is great, and helped meet fellow tourists. A fridge per room was also available, and free to cook kitchen!

The common 1 bathroom per room was nice, but inconvenient, as it was often busy. The room lockers were tiny, to fit my bags. Quite a lot of mosquitos in the city. Hoped they would have bug repellants in the rooms, and free towels for use.

For a minimalist this is a perfect spot especially if you're traveling light. It's clean (you can tell by the smell of the sheets and bathroom). The location is great! There's plenty of stores and restaurants nearby so restocking on essentials is not a problem. The room is small but comfortable and if you don't want to stay in the room there's a lounge spot on the roof.

Not a fan of air-conditioning at night but Puerto Rico is a hot country and sharing a room with others its kind of hard to regulate the A/C to fit my specific needs, other than that I have no complaints.

The location is perfect! Good restaurants, the beach, la Placita, el Choli, el Viejo San Juan… everything I wanted to visit was near (Uber rides for less than $10 each time). The room had everything I needed, including a small fridge. Nice touch! The bed was very comfy. The rooftop seemed like a nice spot, but I couldn’t enjoy it because it rained a lot. The hostel was quiet, which I really appreciated.

The toilet had a leak, so the bathroom floor had water all the time. It felt unsanitary. Also, the room floor felt dirty and sandy, like it wasn’t clean before I checked in. I couldn’t ask for help on this because I only saw people at the reception when I checked in and when I checked out.

The place was very laid-back. I met amazing people from all over the world. The staff was beyond amazing! I felt like every one of the people who worked there were my friends. Great location - I walked all over town and it was a great base camp. I just felt so welcomed as a solo traveler. The roof area is really nice too! I would recommend this place to anyone!

For my first hostel experience is was really nice. They take care of a lot and you meet great people! Especially thank you to Sinleys, Jacqueline and Edwin! I did late check in and with the instructions it was really easy to get in.

I wasn’t really sure about the locked situation in the beginning. If you check in late, just to be safe, bring your own lock and you will be fine! Otherwise they will hand you one in the next day.

The location is fantastic for exploring Santurce in San Juan, and it’s easy to take an Uber to old San Juan too! The staff are all very nice and the accommodations were perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I stayed there two nights and had no complaints. The rooftop is a great hangout spot as well.

No problems with the property.

Good wifi, but could be better. Starbucks is 3 minutes away and has a faster connection. Very very clean! I was impressed. Big plus is the terrace, very enjoyable. Could be used even more. Staff was lovely! Cristal is very sweet and kind.

Beds don't have individual lights. During my stay, there were too many weird individuals at the hostel. One smoking marijuana in the room, one constantly drunk trying to seduce me, an old lady who was just nuts and was staying in the lobby. I felt like probably it's the cheapest stay in San Juan and it attracts this kinds of people? Mostly people ruined my memory of the hostel. If there was more control on the guests, it would be a 10.

I was on the top bunk bed next to the AC, and it was a little bright from the LED light. I found the bed somewhat uncomfortable, but it may be a preference thing based on how firm/soft you like your mattress.

These were by far the comfiest hostel beds I have *ever* slept in and such friendly staff and guests too. It was a great experience and a great welcome to Puerto Rico. The rooftop terrace was great and rhe kitchen had everything I needed. I would love to return.

I was having issues with my legs and getting to my room required climbing stairs.
