Andrea was very very pleasant and helpful when we asked best places to go and how to get there. Gave us lots of great ideas. Great location to walk to restaurant and beach. Roof top deck was very nice. Let us keep our luggage there after ck out and sit and relax in lobby or roof top area waiting to board ship. Our flight was delayed by 8 hrs but when i called to explain they had a self ck in process for late nite that worked well and took stress off an already stressful day. Loved our 2 nite stay.

The street was busy and some cars and motorcycles were quite loud.

The location was good. A quick Uber to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Helpful staff. They have sunblock, towels, coolers, etc that you can take to the beach. The rooftop area is a great place to relax. There is even a bathroom up there. There were restaurants within walkable distance and a great coffee shop close by.

There was very little space in the bathroom to put toiletries.

Jorge at the front desk made our trip! He was so friendly and was able to get us an early check in which was extremely appreciated. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and anything you’d like to do. it was only a short 10-15 min uber to Old San Juan. This place also felt very secure with a key pad entry at the front gate. It isn’t a huge hotel but that’s what makes it so wonderful. We actually stayed at a large, mainstream resort down the road earlier in our trip and it was nothing compared to this quaint and charming boutique hotel, and the service FAR exceeded that of the larger resort. We hope to stay here again soon!

The hotel is located just 5 min from a beautiful beach, there’re lots of restaurants around. Hotel lobby looks very pretty, Jorge on the reception was very nice and gave us plenty of recommendations on the places to visit.

Room is very small. If you open 2 suitcases they occupy most of the space.

Location is great. The tiny balcony is nice and the terrace on the top floor is excellent for the view.

Honestly the only thing that was less than perfect is not really their fault. Everyone in PR (including myself at the time) drives enormous SUVs now and the parking out front gets a little tight.

The location was perfect . As soon as I walked inside the hotel and the outside it made me feel very welcomed . The staff is amazing . The hotel offers a calm and relaxing environment, very private and exceeded my expectations :)

The only negative was there were a few loud vehicles driving by at night. Not the fault of the Dream Inn. It was the only issue for us. Hotel was perfect even with the small rooms.

the room was clean and available on time…. the cleanliness was exceptional….the staff on property was very accommodating and helpful finding local eateries….. don’t let the neighborhood deter you from staying….the location is secure and very nice inside….the couple managers/owners are very nice….highly recommend this property

Location and architecture was wonderful. The pool was a nice bonus - it was very cool and refreshing.

The street is very loud, we often would hear loud cars and people throughout the night.

You will feel relax the moment you enter the gate, it’s like an oasis. Staff/front desk was so engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. Location is great, just few walk to the beach and restaurants.
