Our stay was short but this location made it beautiful. Just waking up on the beach is a unique experience. The house makes it so that you don't have to worry about anything. The bar is open all day long for meals and drinks. The staff is very friendly and available. There are small shops and bars nearby and a Walgreens for most things you might need. Uber to the old town takes around 10 minutes and the SJU airport is around 15 minutes away. They allowed us to store the bags on the arrival day before checking in and on the departure after check-out. Very nice if you want to visit the old town or just hang out on the beach. The bar has a fair variety of meals and good drinks, including a good vegetarian selection.

Room cleaning could be better. The beach towels provided by the building were not always very clean. The food and drinks are a little expensive but I guess it's just the price you pay to have an ocean view.

I loved how close our room was to the beach, bar, and food area. I loved being able to have access to chairs and umbrellas. The wait staff was fabulous.

The only thing that irritated me was that we had no where to go between 11 am and check-in time at 4 pm. We were told that if we wanted to hang out and wait, we could pay $30 or $95. After spending as much money as we did on the room and eventually food and drinks, I thought it was bad customer service to tell a paying guest that they have to pay to hang out until their check in time. I would seriously look into changing that policy. We refused to pay it and just walked around town, which seemed like an eternity.

I loved the beach front access right outside my unit. The room was cleaned everyday (fresh towels was provided daily) & the size was just right for a solo traveler. The staff were very warm & welcoming and accommodating. The oceanfront view was beautiful. The location was central to everything & just a short Uber ride to almost any part of San Juan. The Loíza strip was just steps away with access to tons of eateries & shopping. The area was safe & the property is gated which felt super safe. The property was a breath of fresh air…quaint & just enough.

I didn’t like that with having an ocean front view, the windows could not be opened.

Small property, clean, has everything you need- close to the airport, on property restaurant as well as walkable restaurants, small shop with sun screen, open beautiful beach, chairs and umbrella set up provided. Everything you need! The vibe is boho- comfortable and trendy. We will stay again! Bring some snackies for the street kitties! They don’t bother you!

I liked everything!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking was overwhelming at first but after a certain time the property clears up and you can park right next to the beach house. Great vibes and facility.

It’s very minor but there is a light switch in the room that will only turn off if the fan is off and the room does get a bit hot even with the ac on. Otherwise no other complaints.

The location is superb, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is extremely Friendly and helpful, clearly going out of their way to make you welcome. We spent two lovely weeks here and I want to thank everyone, especially Chris who made our stay unforgettable.

A coffee maker in the room for early birds is the only think I missed during the stay.

The location is the most beautiful spot on the coast - no big buildings around. It was vibrant mix of local and visitors due to the awesome kite surfing facility. In our 70s, we were pretty rare there - most people seemed to be under 35.

Fairly loud music during the day, and if they never play techno again that would be too soon. I was not thrilled with the food, but they are in the midst of some really great places like Rustica pizza and Coffeetera - the best coffee in town.

We recently stayed at Numero Uno Beach House, and I have to say that everything about our experience was absolutely amazing! From the stunning views to the impeccable service, We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. One standout highlight was the exceptional service provided by Gavriel. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His friendly and helpful demeanor truly made a difference in our overall experience. I can't wait to visit Puerto Rico again, and I will definitely be recommending this beach house.

Everything was great!

Hotel was really clean, well run, bed and room was comfy, the beach was gorgeous and chill. So happy with our stay. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to all of the wonderful workers who took amazing care of us. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas included for guests.

The staff were incredibly skilled, considerate, and attentive! The beach was gorgeous and guests are guaranteed two lounge chairs with umbrella every day, so no worrying about finding a seat!

The rooms could have been a bit larger, but I know that’s not something that can be changed. Otherwise everything was great!
