Loved this property! Pool was amazing! Very clean throughout kitchen was great! Outside balcony was very nice! Would definitely stay here again!

It was well kept. The room was bright and I appreciated having temperature control. There was a storage room where we could replenish things we needed in the room. The staff was very responsive when you needed anything or had questions. I appreciated the quietness of the location even though it is in a pretty convenient area close to the beach and many great restaurants. It was great for both kids and adults.

The only thing I would say that I didn’t like was there was not a full sized broom in the room. Only the little one that comes with a dustpan. That meant lots of bending down to clean, especially kid messes that was not ideal. Not a deal breaker by any means but more of just an inconvenience.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was also within a short walking distance of restaurants. We also appreciated being able to check in early for just $25.

Opening the door was difficult. The ‘fridge was not cool.

I love the pools especially the one with the waterfall and the enclosed peaceful courtyard. I liked the bedroom even though it was a small room and like the bed. The staff are helpful and they were quick to respond and fix the stovetop when we told them it wasn't working.

I urge them to buy pull out couches that are water and stain proof. The velvety pullout couch had a huge stain and looked grimey. It's a turn-off. Get couches that are for indoor outdoor purposes and can be wiped clean. Leave the AC on when guests leave as room #1 was super damp and our towels and bathing suits didn't dry even with the AC on. Put up a clothes line by the pool bathroom. Please! The shades are cheap and 3 of them wouldn't roll up making our bedroom very dark like a room in a basement. New higher quality shades are needed.

Overall a wonderful stay! I stayed here as a solo traveler and arrived very late at night. I felt safe checking into the hotel at night, and loved walking around the neighborhood the next day. The room had everything I needed for a short overnight stay. I didn't use the pools, but I loved that they were there with towels and sunscreen available. They also kept my luggage for me after checkout so I could explore the neighborhood before my cruise. The neighborhood feels very local with lots of restaurant and bar options, and the beach is within walking distance.

The doors to the room are frosted glass, so I could see it being very noisy if people are in the hallways or pools. Luckily, my stay was very quiet.

Fairly close to a beach (don't be fooled by looking at a map though - there are gated communities directly between the hotel and the beach, so you'll need to walk a bit to get around them and reach the beach) and not too far from the closest grocery store. Several restaurants nearby. Tidy pool area with free to use sunscreens and after sun lotions. Large modern TV in the room.

Room was very small and there was practically no place to put your stuff in. It was difficult to fit the luggage anywhere. Noise from the street came in pretty loudly, even though our room was facing the pool area. The neighbourhood looked a bit seedy, but we didn't run into any problems.

Room was very comfy, with AC, a full size fridge (with a few free soft drinks) and microwave. Bed was comfy, with an extra blanket on, and shower had free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great to have a pool for this price and it’s really close to the beach (you can go through the pedestrian gate of gated roads from 6am-6pm as the quickest route). Felt safe in the area and got pizza just up the road which was really good - plenty of options for brunch in the morning too. Staff were very helpful, including keeping my bag until later in the day.

You need to be aware when booking that it’s close to the airport, but further from Old San Juan. Ubers are quick and easy though. A local friend told me to be careful of the currents in the sea there.

Very good location in ocean park, easy walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Also extremely organised and easy check in, with friendly staff caretakers on site. Two pools if you happened to want to use them, which we didn't, but appreciate easy availability. Good sized refrigerator in room with plenty of space. Despite the few cons as below, we felt great value for money and loved the location and easygoing vibe, so would actually stay again.

We requested a quiet room, and understand this may not be available which is fine, but our room was ground floor right next to the pool and where everyone sits and walks past so quite noisy, and very loud clunky aircon. Also not visibly very dirty but room and most especially bathroom and shower not especially clean. Shower had extremely weak water pressure, and then water level in the drain washed up 2 quite large live worms to the shower floor whilst I was washing my hair which was a bit of a shock!
