Perfect location close to the main area and not far from the old town, nice boutique hotel with smart check-in, very friendly staff and nicely decorated rooms. They let you keep the bags if you are checking out on the day while waiting for your flight.

I didn’t like that one of the towels were dirty, but they replaced it as soon as I asked them. It would be nice to have a bottle of water or more coffee pods in the room instead of just one per person. Also, I think that the check-in/checkout times are very extreme on both sides (10 am - 4 pm), it would be nice to be able to sleep until 10/10:30 on your holiday.

Everything was amazing, staff very helpful, location to beach and restaurants awesome, I would highly recommend this place, only had one drawback was the closing of other people’s room door, extremely loud, woke us up every time someone came back, was a very loud bang.

The door slammed noise was terrible, could hear when ppl came back at all hours, something needs to be done as the door closing is extremely loud, was all the way to the early morning hours, even the early birds woke us up, I dont care if people come back from what ever they did, but the door problem needs to be looked at, it was a very loud bang, maybe vinyl on the bottom of the door as you don’t have carpet in the stairwell to obsorb the noise or a slow shock absorbing post so the door doesn’t slam and echo, also could hear our neighbors, the walls seem to be very thin

Very nice refurbished building, desing is cool, gym is superlative i was able to get a great workout, the beach club is incredible and the access to Condado beach is just one block away we were able to go all the days we stayed at hibird

Check out is at 11am tops, would appreciate the extra hour

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. One detail that stood out to me was how the hotel reception went out of their way to make sure we were safe with the excursions we were going on. They shared tips on what to look out for at El Yunque, one even did research to check if a lounge was open for us. It's those small details that matter and made us feel welcomed and secure. They were very attentive to us, even when the beach ran out of towels immediately they sent over more. I appreciated the 24/7 access to the hotel. Only downfall, I felt the rooms were small including the parking for vehicles. The hotel is exceptional. We left very happy!

Wonderful staff from start to finish. Went above and beyond to help. Great ‘Pure’ healthy restaurant/cafe on the ground floor. Gym was ok and pool area was ok.

Our first room was rather smelly and damp and changed to a much better room that was so much better. Noisy building site adjacent. Very noisy between rooms through the connecting doors. Therefore you can ignore what it says about sound proofing. Bed was very soft and a bit annoying as all the sheets come untucked very easily. Rugs around bed hold dirt and weren’t cleaned properly.

It’s in an excellent area! The beach is like 2-5 mins away walking & they provide towels, chairs , and umbrellas which is convenient! The staff was so attentive, they allowed me to check in early since the room was ready and also allowed me to keep my luggage there when my flight was late. They came up to my room as many times as needed to bring towels, help fix the issue with the water leaking down the floor, & also gave us recommendations on where to go! There was someone there 24/7 & you can only go into the elevator with a room key and into the hotel with a room key after a certain time. It made me and my girls feel very secure. I’d 100% stay here again!

Not sure if it’s the pipes or the condensation but one of the rooms kept getting water on the floor. It went even down to the carpet in the living room sometimes.

Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms in the heart of Condado, walking distance to most everything.

Room key cards keep losing programming, constantly had to make new ones, no soap dish or towel hooks in shower, bathroom did not have a paper towel holder, it just sat on the tope of the tank and T.V.'s were not correctly programed and would not work at times.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and were quick to respond to any questions I had or any items I needed were brought to me very fast! I had a group of 7 and it was more than enough room for all of us. Great location it’s in the middle of everything!

The staff is amazing, pleasant, and welcoming. The hotel was cleaned and beds made almost everyday except Sunday and new towels.

The shower didn’t have a place for the soap, bathrooms didn’t have a toilet paper holder, and the pool whirlpool Jets not operational.

This was a last minute booking due to other location canceling. Literally landed and had to make the booking. My family and I were pleasantly surprised and grateful to the wonderful staff. Room was a good size for 5 people. Location is excellent for just about anywhere you want to go.

A little pricey but again it was last minute, so not really complaining.
