no breakfast included and the breakfast that is available is not particularly value for money. more importantly - and probably more for western guests particularly - we booked a nest room for four of us (10 year old and 6 year old) but it is not made clear that this room is a large double bed with a sofa bed which is only big enough for one! We had assumed the sofa bed accommodated two. The assumption from the hotel is that a six year old sleeps with its parents. We didn’t mind but it would have been better if it was clearer beforehand.

Staff friendly and helpful, rooms spotlessly clean. (And we were upgraded, which was a wonderful surprise). We were able to use the facilities before check in and after check out.

The pool was next level! loved it. The gardens, the patisserie in the foyer, the size of the room (Mint den), the view, the staff. The 7 eleven just downstairs and the train MRT right next to the hotel.

That we could hear everything outside and surrounding our room. A very loud extended family or group was staying in rooms all around us and they would come back to the apartment around midnight slamming doors and yelling out to each other, running up and down the corridors and it was loud! The walls were very thin as we could hear the people talking in the room next door. We also thought it was odd that the hospital overlooked the pool, but it didn’t impact our stay. We would probably stay closer to the city in the tourist area if we visit again, but if we could pick this hotel up and move it closer to the city/gardens area, we would. It was lovely!

our split-level loft apartment was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, great facilities including bathroom and a good view from the floor to ceiling window. it was also handy that we had access to a laundry room on our floor. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful with our various 'tourist queries' too. finally the location - right on a MTR stop plus walking distance from Little India and (if you don't mind the temperature and humidity in Singapore!) plenty of other locations in downtown Singapore.

overall it was a fantastic stay. if we had to find something to critique, it would be to say that the pool area and changing facilities were getting slightly dated and unlike the rest of the hotel weren't always spotlessly clean. but we still enjoyed making use of the rooftop pool and bar!

We stayed for two weeks as a family of three adults and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping, a spacious bathroom, and good breakfast. Staff were friendly, and the hotel is very close to the MRT station. The work desk, chair, and universal power outlets (compatible with European plugs) were useful. The third bed near the entrance (2 meters long) was fine for someone up to 180 cm, but there’s no power outlet nearby.

Wi-Fi was sometimes slow, and video calls could get interrupted.

My son Chris and I recently spent nearly 2 weeks at One Farrer Hotel on Level 18 in a Mint Skyline Room, which gave us direct daily access to the Skyline Club lounge. We were very impressed by the quality of food served in the lounge especially the pastries/desserts which equal those made in Paris. Most impressive was the incredible service provided by Mr Malek, Joni and his most attentive & capable staff. They were so polite and welcoming and addressed all of our daily needs efficiently and with a huge smile. The very humble Mr Malek is truly the heart of the hotel as he provided us with a heartfelt card of appreciation when we left. He truly puts himself in the guests shoes to give the best service possible. The rest of the hotel staff were efficient & attentive too, especially the concierge team who helped us to order our taxis & help us with excess luggage requirements. It was a most pleasant stay, and we would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel on the Skyline lounge level. We will definitely return as soon as we can! Thank you One Farrer Hotel!

Noisy guests in other rooms on the same floor. As there is no carpet in the hallway, noise carries and can be quite disturbing late at night. The staff are on top of any noise complaints which was great.

The lounge access and the service in the lounge. Would like to particularly call out Malik from sky lounge who was all warm hospitality. He asked after every member of my family and made sure our needs were met with respect to dietary restrictions or any other ask. The rooms were spotless with great lighting, and design, very comfortable beds, floor to ceiling windows and a big bathroom with dresser, shower and a big tub We were also able to check in a couple of hours early as we got rebooked into an earlier flight and arrived several hours earlier than planned Good location to most sightseeing places and lots of good eating options within 5 minutes of walk.

The sofa seemed to be missing cushions. Our parents room had them, ours didn't.

This was our third stay at this beautiful hotel and it continues to impress. We stayed in a Skyline club room and were upgraded to a room with a deep bath. The size of the room was amazing and the blinds automatically opened as you entered. We were absolutely thrilled to be warmly welcomed back to the Club Lounge by Malek who has been working there since 2016. He remembered us and is the kindest, most polite person you could hope to meet! Malek and the team looked after us so well. We ate breakfast, a lunch and a dinner there and the food was lovely. We’ve already booked our next stay!

The hotel is situated extremely close to multiple MTR stations, making it very easy to go to and from & has a 24/7 711 attached to the hotel. The view at night was beautiful & the windows in the room were big enough to sit in and look out. The pool was perfect to go in every night as well as the spa & heated pool & staff were very friendly & helpful.

The fridge in the room didn’t keep our drinks cold enough to drink, it kept them at around room temperate which isn’t ideal in such a hot country. We also weren’t able to use a debit card to pay the deposit which was annoying as we had no issues doing this at all other hotels during our stay. This caused us quite a bit of stress to figure out how to pay the deposit etc.
