Location was excellent. Staff excellent. Cafe next door was fantastic for breakfasts and occasional coffees. Shopping centre across the road convenient for groceries. Room very comfortable. Liked that I could get Netflix and youtube movies to watch in the evening after a long day out. Cleaner advised I could put rubbish outside of the room to be collected daily as the room was not serviced daily which was great. Toiletries provided were appreciated. Staff helpful in arranging taxis for outings and to the airport when departing (nearly half price of getting from the airport to the hotel), appeciated.

(1) I travelled on my own but met up with friends who had already arrived. I asked reception staff for their room number and was told that was confidential. I dropped my luggage to my room then waited in reception for my friends .. I missed seeing them when they came to the foyer but heard their voices .. they asked reception staff if I had arrived and what my room number was and they were given my room number by another person (shift had changed), why not me be given their room number in the first place? Puzzling. (2) There was a back-light to the TV with no switch to turn this off so had to turn power to the room off to turn the tv light off, which also turned off the aircon, then kept waking up hot and turning it back on, then turning it off to turn the light off. Puzzling setup!

There is everything you need there, a small in-room fridge, a bigger one with a freezer in the common area (and a system to place your name on it). A kitchen, a big bathroom, the AC you can manually setup. Beds are comfortable, and the people working there are very helpful and nice. I recommend !

I wouldn't say it's a problem related to the hotel itself, but they should either make the doors more soundproof (because walls are, but doors aren't), or if they should require and ask the clients to be quiet in the corridors of the hotels. Some people do not respect others and I don't think hearing them screaming in the hotel's corridors at 7am is really appreciated by anyone. So if I had to recommend something to make the place even better, that's what I would definitely do ! Else than that, it was good !

I had a great time at Owen House by Habyt. The hotel was close to everything (Shops,Restautants & MRT).The room was quite spacious, the check in was smoot.Overall nice ambience, helpful staff and good amenities.I really thanks to Winson,Natasha & others.they are exceptional.very nice place to stay in. I really recommended!

The location is very good. Short distance to Farrer Park MRT. I book Studio which has simple kitchen setup. Which is good during Chinese new year can cook simple meals. I have claustrophobic situation which i ask them to give me a room with window. The price tag is reasonable compare with nearby. I am surprise there are some share kitchen in some floors which i am not aware of.

Already know that the cleaning take every 3 days. However it is disappointed the shampoo and body wash is not top up and check we had to ask. there are no spare toilet paper. I stay there are for 11 nights had to ask 3 times for extra toilet paper roll. It is better to have each paper roll i do not like to bother the staff for extra toilet paper roll. The kitchen stove has no instruction had to ask the staff to explain how to use it. And also they have a fancy boiler water which also has no instruction.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was large, especially in the context of Singapore. It was perfectly clean upon arrival, aircon worked well, lighting is nice. The lounge area is nice, too, with a smart TV. We got a great deal, paying less for this large two bedroom suite than some "family rooms" at capsule hostels went for during the same time (this probably depends on the time you book). The locatioin was great (perfect compromise of paying less for not being downtown, but still being close to everything). At the same street corner there was a mall with lots of food, MRT and supermarkets. More restaurants were a short walk away. Bus stop was also only a short walk away.

The mattresses were on the firm side, I guess some people like that. A little bit of daily housekeeping would be nice. However, it was properly explained at check-in that there is no housekeeping by default and that we would have to request it if needed (for example, on day three we needed more toilet paper, so we told them at the reception on our way out and when we came back it was in the room).

The hotel's excellent location meant everything was a short walk away – from roomy accommodations and diverse dining options to the MRT. I especially appreciated my cleverly designed room that optimized space, and the fact that all utilities and services were bundled made my stay incredibly hassle-free.

I found myself repeatedly having to request fresh bed sheets. It took three follow-ups with the staff before they were finally changed, which was quite inconvenient and not what I expected from a managed living space. It definitely detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay.

The location is fantastic, very short walking distance from Farrer Park MRT Exit H and City Square Mall. Our room was quiet and had a great city view. The bed was very comfortable; we loved the high ceiling too. Staff members were all very polite and helpful. Great coffee at Acoustics Coffee Bar next door.

There was a urine odour lingering in the bathroom the first night we got in. Everything else seemed very clean, so we initially thought it was an existing plumbing issue and didn't raise it further with the front desk. But the odour disappeared after the room was cleaned on the 3rd day of our stay, so we suspect the bathroom wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should / could have been before we checked in. The decorative pillow on the bed could also do with a wash (or a 'better' wash as we can see stains), but it wasn't a deal-breaker as we just left it unused in a spare cupboard for the duration of our stay. An extra chair would have been nice too in a room for two people.

The room was clean and modern! ELFA whom was one of your service staff was a stand out! There were multiple blockage in the bathroom and it was late at night after 10pm. ELFA was about to knock off but decided to stay until the issue was resolved. She went and above to solve the issue. She could not contact the maintenance department but to no avail. Hence, she went across the road to get some tools hoping to resolve the blockage. We were impressed by her dedication and commitment making sure that her guests were look after. This happened on the 6 July 2025 and was subsequently resolved the next morning! The location was great as well!

Everything was OK!

Location - most ideal aspect of the hotel. Located less than 5 minutes walk from Farrer Park MRT station (quicker if you walk through Holiday Inn Singapore Little India). Across the street is City Square Mall, with lots of shopping and dining options, plus a Fair Price supermarket for all your grocery needs. Staff - very friendly and informative. Laid all the things which might surprise guests (housekeeping every 3 days, no bottled water but there is a water dispensary on the 6th floor). Room - very modern design. Good that they have USB ports as well as conventional electric sockets. The room's electrics didn't require a keycard to activate, which was good. Bathroom was good - full toiletries plus a good shower

That housekeeping was every 3 days. They should make it every 2 days. I put up the sign to tidy the room but housekeeping didn't do it. Entrance had a few steps with no ramp, so not very wheelchair accessible.

The location was central to the trains, Little India, large shopping complex and many restaurants at your doorstep. Netflix worked great but no local TV channels. Bed was super comfortable, the hotel and room was exceptionally clean. Note that they only service rooms after every 3rd day. The shower was fantastic. Wifi was perfect. All staff were excellent especially Glen who was incredibly accommodating and helped us with no trouble. We used MRT for everything and the shopping centre has everything you may need. Little bar at reception that makes coffee and has some drinks - very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

No spoons for making your own coffee in the kitchenette and no glasses for water. They had aluminium cups for coffee which is great for coffee but using them for water is not great. Also can’t use aluminium cups to reheat our coffee in microwave if needed. There was no hand or face cream which should be standard for the rate we had paid. The balcony was huge although not covered with exception to a small portion when entering balcony. So we put our chairs under that for some shade. Balcony is huge and could do with some pot plants in the area to make it more homely - we were 3rd floor. But there were trees from street that provided some greenery so that was good. Some guests had issues with aircon as it was quite hot although we had no issues for our 3 day stay.
