Location is great, bus stop is right in front of the building, it takes around 20 minutes to Marina Bay by bus, and around 30 minutes to the airport by taxi. The staff was very kind and helpful, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. For the price it’s great in Singapore, I’d definitely come back.

They say the beds are 151-180cm wide, but I don’t think that’s correct. It was quite narrow, I’d estimate it to be around 140max. The breakfast was okay, but it was very crowded, some people took a whole plate of eggs or fruits leaving nothing for the rest. Eventually the staff refilled it, but still. Some oversight or controll should be considered, as no one was asking us if we are staying in the hotel, so I’m not sure if everyone was a guest of the hotel.

Location is good. Public transport is very efficient. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The nearest MRT station is about a 10minute walk. Breakfast is good. They refill quickly. Nice, clean and quiet room with comfy bed and linen. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Auntie Kim and Zheng Yong of the F&B and Vanessa and Jessica of the reception.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and it was nice to be greeted on returning to the hotel after sightseeing. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, shops and MRT stations. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I loved that there were both firm and soft pillows (labelled) available as I often struggle with hotel pillows (the soft one was perfect!) The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the Indian vadai snacks and sauce. The air-con was extremely quiet which was great, as noisy air-con seems to be a common issue for me. The room was also quiet overall - no street noise and virtually no noise from the corridor or other rooms. I would happily stay at this hotel again should I return to Singapore.

The location of Holiday Inn Express, Singapore Serangoon is very good. It's very close to Jalan Besar MRT metro station and the bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. We liked the cleanliness of the rooms. Fresh towels and sheets were provided by the hotel staff daily. The breakfast was also good and healthy. We stayed in this hotel for 6 days and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

The room didn't have any wardrobes. So keeping the clothes and other personal things was difficult. The hotel can provide one small wardrobe. It would be very helpful.

Staffs are quite cheerful and helpful. Breakfast menu is good for the standard of the hotel, so don't expect to be better than what is served. Centrally located with train and bus services available nearby the hotel.. In fact bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance.

Taxi stop does not have ramp nor there are bell boys to help move luggages. No car port is available, so for weak and old people and parents with children may have difficulties in loading and unloading luggages to vehicles and from lift.

People were exceptional. Always willing to assist & provide guidance to us Guests. There were a couple of staff that really went out of their way: Faizal & Priya at Reception, Kim at Breakfast, and Kim doing Housekeeping. There individuals are remarkable and exemplary of your Hotel's ambassadorship. It was a pleasure staying there where we felt really home. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the room exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently helpful and ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each day brought a fresh and diverse spread, which was truly extraordinary and added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the City Centre and other shops and facilities. The room is clean and roomy (compared to the standards in Singapore). We feel quite comfy in this family room. I also like the self-served laundry service provided by the hotel, which is really a bonus.

The hotel does not have a driveway in the front for cars and taxis. There is a back entrance for cars and taxis only. On a few occasions, our taxi could not find us, as they could not park at the front to pick us up.

Me and my boyfriend came to Singapore with a booking for a different hotel originally, but our first night there we realized the place was infested with roaches and we needed to find a new hotel at midnight. Holiday inn had availability and the lady at the front was able to check us in quickly and was very nice about it. Every staff member was so polite and helpful. The breakfast staff were all awesome, and the housekeeper was amazing (THANK YOU JUNE!). It was the total opposite of the hotel we originally booked, had yummy breakfasts every morning, easy to find and navigate to and from, and not too expensive either.

Location is great as this is near to MRT station as well as City Square Mall & Mustafa. Breakfast is okay & staff are very helpful in breakfast specially Jesmine, she also guide us about places to visit in Singapore. Front desk staff are also cooperative specially Yusuf & others can't recall their name. Room Service staff "June" is outstanding.

Need some support during arrival & departure to handle the baggage, specially in your backside exit it's difficult to move big luggage & upload in taxi.
