Good location, near MRT and bus station. There are many eateries around, some are even open all night. Friendly reception, they allow us to keep our luggage in the storage before check in and after check out. There is a dining area and free cold/hot water so we don't have to eat in the room to avoid the smell. Every day towels are changed, trash is taken out, bedding and floors are cleaned.

The door opens but if not held by hand it will close immediately, so I had to hold the door open and push each suitcase in. This time my room was on the second floor, right next to the housekeeping staff, so it was a bit noisy at times. They said something to me in Chinese, but I couldn't understand. Not all tourists know Chinese, so I hope that if they know English, they will try to use English. I don't have any problems, but I can't answer people's questions, so I feel a bit rude.

The staff at Classique were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a kettle (with tea and coffee provided) and fridge. The bathroom was clean and had a large counter to store toiletries. The shower was "step into bath" and a non-slip mat was provided. There was a water bottle refilling station in the lobby. While our room had no window, this was as expected and did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is well located on a road with transit stops, that allowed us to catch transit to go to all the major attractions. There are an abundance of restaurants and great food vendors nearby.

The fridge in the room was contained in an enclosed cupboard, which became very hot, as it was poorly ventilated. Unfortunately this was also the best (only) place to leave cases, too, and some heat-sensitive items in my case were affected. I would suggest that more ventilation be provided for the fridge to prolong its useful lifespan.

I liked the proximity to some shopping areas and eatery joints. The room was also quite spacious giving room for one to move around. They don't put drinking water in the room but have provided a water dispenser at the restaurant area meaning you can get as much as you want. The issue was that my room didn't have a window. I will certainly visit again in the future

Great location, ease of access to the city. Staff great! Very good value for the money we paid.

The beds made daily, vacuumed daily, presented well. Unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty. Long term uncleanliness.

It was clean and comfortable. Great size room. The staff were great. They were very helpful. Very close to little India. Great eating places and a great mall just down the road. A good bar around the corner.

Great place to stay but, some of the rooms look down on the main road, and across the road was a couple of night clubs. Can get noisy but not too bad.. The shower was over the bath and it was a quite a step up to have a shower.

All facilities in superb condition.very clean.quite spacious .im expecting a small room hotel.have bath tub also.very close to mustapha center and easy to find food.will stay again if visiting singapore

The staff were super kind, welcoming and helpful. They even let us checked in an hour earlier than the scheduled time.

Very accessible to transportations such as subway (Jalan Basar and Ferrar Stations) and bus stops. Easy to find local food just right outside the hotel and there’s a nearby mall.

Staff helping and friendly. Location near many restaurants an 3 lines of metro.

Room neighboor and staff on the stage noisy often times, very late or early.

The hotel was one block away from a shopping center that had restaurants and supermarkets. The metro was also fairly close. The room met expectations for the cost.

The was quite a step up and over the edge of the tub to get into the shower.

The staff were very approachable, friendly and accommodating. The location was near a subway station and accessible to tourist spots.

It would have been nice to have a window in the room.
