The room was as pictured - small, but there is separate space for each person, including cupboard space under the beds. There is also room for luggage adjacent to both double beds. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The air con and fan were very effective. Location was about 10 minutes from the metro and there were lots of buses from just outside the building. The building is located above a hawker food court - lots of cheap, yummy food options available for a quick meal.

The basin in the bathroom drained openly to the floor so the bathroom floor was always wet. The room also had an automatic deodoriser that sprayed at regular intervals which we didn't like. The mattress on the top double bed would benefit from being secured better as it moved off the edge of the bed in the night.

My Kids loved the shared space with games, baksetball. There is tea, coffe and water with no limits. Localication is great, good conection to Gardens by the Bay, the bus stop is just next to it, subway is not far away. Rooms was as is occured at photo, beds were comfortable. I liked also music that was present all day long but not to loud. Compaeing to other hostels in the same price I belive that this one is better than the other.

HUGE COCKROACHSES!!!! We named him King Charles, he was that big!!!!! Rooms wasnt cleaned, trash bag in toilet wasnt changed not even once (the room wasnt small good). I like the kitchen but there was no space to prepare something warm, also no space in he fridge. Pillows are very uncomfortable. The beds are finished with sharped edges so we had some contusions.

absolute best hostel i've stayed at in singapore. excellent cleanliness. large windows in the dorm room with amazing light. dorm rooms are very spacious. gorgeous patio, and the kitchen area looks like a cute Cafe !! Strong WiFi on all levels. lockers in the rooms, easy check in process. my bed was also comfortable! left my luggage in the reception area since i was only staying a couple nights. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

if i had to really dig to find something to complain about it would be that there wasn't enough space in the frigerator and 2 stairs to reach the reception & another staircase to reach my room. the sheets were stained but i know it was cleaned. stains don't bother me and all small issues however

I had a great stay! The facilities were excellent—shared spaces like the bathrooms, showers, and toilets were cleaned regularly, which made a big difference. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I was also able to store my luggage at the reception, where it was kept under 24-hour surveillance, which gave me peace of mind. In the rooms, there were secure storage boxes for valuables and luggage—just make sure to bring your own lock

Warm cozy place for those seeking new friends. Opportunity to explore our Asian cuisine from food centers nearby when it comes to dining. Clean rooms and helpful staff who make us feel at home although place is located further from the city in Singapore. Convenience for commuting to other parts of Singapore as the bus stop is located nearby.

Few levels of climbing up the stairs to climb to get to our rooms. Good for exercises however for our feet.

Checking in process and welcoming staff. Location excellent. Bus stop right outside takes you to many attractions. 2 train stations just 7 mins away, starbucks 7 mins walk.

This is no reflection on staff or place, but guests talk loudly on phone without earphones or play films without earphones in communal space. Guests leave hair in sink and leave used toilet tissue laying on cubical floor. They don't think that another guest will use the toilet and no staff on duty at night. The room I was in there are no modesty screens. Perhaps this could be considered.

No breakfast except packets of coffee or tea and facilities to make your own drinks. Plenty of food at stalls within vicinity offering yummy food run by families of many generations

Cleaning of toilets could be done during earlier hours by employing seniors. Other hostels do a great job like this to keep place tidy at all times.

The breakfast was good. 🙏 I like the room. I like that I make a new friends. The water was nice (water Di spenser provided by hostel).

The air con in the room too strong and directly brow to my head part. My head hurt. A little bit mold on the wall in front of the entrance door to B3 woman dormitory.

I made good friends during my stay here. The check in process is sweet, I liked their little envelope with all the details. The common area is nice, relaxing, and kitchen amenities are there.

I felt the rooms were too compact and congested. It was fine because most of the day I was out and only went back to sleep.
