The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. We stopped by the hotel early to drop our luggage off but were met with the surprise of a free early check-in in addition to a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. We were also able to check out late at 1 pm free of cost, and the luggage hold was amazing. The room was spacious, and the hotel had a lovely pool as well. Great location near lots of food and the City Square Mall. There is a bus station nearby to get into the city center of Singapore and the MRT station is a 10 minute walk away.

Some of the nice things I liked - The room was bright cause of the windows. - The room had a nice comfortable bed and also had all the toiletries and etc for a comfortable stay. - The room had heavy curtains to close out the light so you can sleep in. - The staff were friendly. - The WIFI was really good and strong. - the hotel was located in a very good location. Easy to the neighborhood around by walking and also a MRT station nearby

a few things that irked me but it wasn't a dealbreaker. - the bathroom was a bit small. - the air-con couldn't be colder as it was pre-programmed - small space to open your suitcase. - TV only had the local channels. - to turn off all the lights you need to switch off everything one by one. - there was no exhaust fan in the toilet.

1. Sophisticated & comfortable. 2. Quiet room - it was at the very end of the corridor. 3. Decent rooftop pool - Safe & clean. 4. Cleaning staff always smiling and greeting whenever we meet in the corridor.

1. Location - far from MRT stations. 2. Limited toiletries - booked the room for 2 pax, got only 1 shower gel & 1 shampoo (small bottles) 3. No bottled water - Tap water is drinkable but the taste is awful.

I love the room! It was spacious ! i booked for the normal room but i got the superior room and it was at the corner so it was very spacious very cozy very big actually! I also love the staff here! One of the staff named Munirah, she is very friendly & always smiley!

Maybe just the location ! but we had car to drive around so that isnt a big issue!

Comfortable bed, room nice with sofa near window can sit by the side readings, aircon was good user friendly to control temperature

Wardrobe light there's no switches, needed to On/Off from Master switch. Best to have wash basin Infront to have mirror and tv hope to have more channel choice... HBO movies, discovery, sports....etc

The room had everything that was required and was very clean The staff were consistently polite, helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any friends/ family.

Not extra spacious, but it had enough space in case one needed to finish anything (work or videocall) in the room. The room was spotless and comfortable.

Sometimes breakfast could be crowded, but, if you go early enough, it shouldn't be a real problem.

The hotel is clean and in a nice area with many restaurants and bars open until late night. The staff is also very kind.

The breakfast is acceptable but there are few choices for a 4 stars hotel, especially for the sweet tastes. The room is clean but really small and I have trouble founding a place to open my (big) luggage.

Nice room, but beds are on the short side. I am 1.9m and my ankles were hanging in the air. Luckily, I was so tired every day that sleeping was not a problem. Beds and pillows are comfy. Location is ok, for that price - 10 minutes walking to the subway and bus lines.

The property was very clean, stylish and well appointed for the price for Singapore.

Difficult to fault, but the room could have been a bit more sound proofed. It wasn’t noisy, but you could hear people talking in the hallway.
