I love the clean room, comfy bed. Mustaffa Ctr and City Sq are just beside the hotel. Angullia Mosque and hindu temple nearby too. I love the swimming pool area, very cozy, has a small size kids pool (0.6m), and big size adult pool. The hotel provides pool towel, excellent. I love the gym, very clean. Has an exercise studio too. Can do your own workout in there. Easily access using the room card to the facilities. There is a laundry room too. (Not free) I love that the hotel provides vending machine near the lift lobby, not sure if its on every level. (But its on my level, 17th) Also provide free ice cubes. The room: Shampoo and body wash, plenty plenty plenty of it. Toilet bowl, advance technology. Tv, many channels.Can easily cast your device, or use HDMI. Iron and ironing board provided. Hair dryer too. Food: Mainly Indian and Chinese food in the vicinity. There are more options at City Sq. Massage, Movies, kids activities, mini Hjh Mainunah stall, many more... Durian lovers, just a short trip away to Rangoon Rd.

The steps to the Hotel lobby. I hope the hotel do not mind for old folks to use the lift reserves for the wheelchair bound guest. My mom had a hard time walking up the steps. The staff were rather choosy, asking the guest around if they want to check in or check out, and only attend to Check in guest. Not too sure why, they will know better. Other staff had to tell each other not to leave the guest waiting, just attend to them. (They could see the problem). I had to provide my other guest IC in order to get another room card. Otherwise im only issued with just a card. (Deposit $50 per night, but not mentioned in booking.com) Either pay by cash, or Credit Card. Not Debit.

The checkin service by front desk was perfect. Quick & mindful of our needs after a long flight & room not available due to early arrival- they gave us pool access, bathrooms, gym and resting lounge access and stored our luggage ...

Some Indian guests were discourteous & mischievous. They removed emergency buoyancy floaters near the pool & gave it to their kids for playing which made me worried for my kids who weren't perfect swimmers , what if we needed them. A group of boys were playing soccer with the giant excercise ball inside the gym, banging it against the wall. They were being loud & noisy. First of all,the ball is meant to ve used for training, secondly they were playing soccer inside the gym. What if some one trips over weight machine or dumbells ? Nothing wrong with the hotel however their surveillance, safety & security team shall be extra vigilant with such guests.

The room was wonderfully spacious, providing ample room to relax. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and neatness, and appreciated the fresh scent upon entering. The toilet was spotless, and the pleasant fragrance of the shampoo and soap was a nice touch. The air conditioning was effective and easy to control, ensuring a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the city view from the room was excellent. The hotel's convenient location near amenities was a definite plus, and having a vending machine on the same floor was incredibly handy. Finally, the room had excellent lighting and a sufficient number of power sockets, which was very practical.

Firstly, the restaurant was not halal-certified. Additionally, the king-sized bed was quite high, which posed a challenge for my children and even myself to get onto. Finally, the furniture in the room, specifically the chair and bed, was a bit squeaky, and I felt the room could benefit from additional seating, such as another chair or armchair.

Good size room with good facilities. Very clean and good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. House keeping was very good.

There is no telephone number to contact reception or/and housekeeping etc. Relying on scanning code. It is not convenient to rely on the phone. It is important to have a phone or contact number displayed in the room to contact the reception. We stayed during Deepavali time. There was no Depavali celebration decoration or wishes. All other hotel we stayed always had some recognition, wishes for all functions despite of any religion or race.

Rooms are adequate in space, we booked the Superior Corner King. Room was very clean, we loved the rain shower and shampoo, conditioner and body soap was included. Gym and swimming pool was awesome, gym was 24hrs and all you needed was your hotel card to get it. Pool was huge, 1.2m, clean and multiple seating (loungers and couches). Staff were awesome and very friendly. From the front desk receptionists to the housekeeping personnel. The location was great as well, there was a mini-hawker stall beside the hotel, or you can cross the street onto City Mall for fancier food or go down the basement for Food Republic (collection of cuisines that are affordable, from Indonesian to Chinese and Halal options). Wifi had great speed too, smart TV in the room so we were able to cast our shows via iPad.

The location is great, right in front of the Ferrer Park MRT station, a shopping mall and the 24h Mustafa Centre. The pool and the gym were great, specially the gym- full sized, fully equipped and 24h. The room was a great size, with full amenities and great quality of products, bed were super comfortable and large bathroom/shower. Breakfast was big, with a large selection of food (a lot of indian and Chinese food), fresh fruits and vegetables and local cuisine. Very convenient and well kept hotel. Walking distance to Little India and 2 other MRT stations. The price-value was good and Id definitely stay there again.

It is right in the middle of Little India, so 95% of the occupancy was Indian people in very large groups.they were quite noisy and having breakfast was impossible after 9am, because the room was completely full. The breakfast set up was mostly geared towards them, so lots of indian food and drinks. It is not a super-touristic area (more to the end of Little India), so keep that in mind.

The reception staff were very professional in trying to accommodate our twin-bed request when there was no availability on the day. An additional comfortable bed was installed in the room without hassle. The room was quiet, and the hotel was conveniently located with the Farrer Park station nearby, enabling quick access to other areas of the city. The breakfast buffet was enormous and catered for the substantial Indian clientele but there was a reasonable range of other food as well. Good coffee was a real bonus!!

They need better ground lighting at the front of the hotel to minimize trip hazards as it was difficult to see the edges of the dark stone steps at night.

i am VER VERY disappointed with Booking.com booking system as I booked with breakfast and when I arrived hotel there was nothing. The price on Booking.com given is not the same as when arriving at last stage and making the payment. I am going to report this matter to Which magazine and Trading Standards Dept, UK as this is clearing cheating. In future I will not book through via Booking.com

the rooms are a little smaller as nowadays space is costly in Singapore, but what I like about the beds in Novotel is they have another bed you can pull out from underneath which is very useful

the booking in process is torture and just when you arrive tired and needing a rest you have to stand in line while some asian guy threatens the staff about some stupid item from his room which he feels insulted about. he holds the line up while he raves on. do you know who I am he shouts.? yes I think some package tour cretin who has no respect for people trying to get to their rooms

The staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming (Help desk / maintenance ...). The amenities were great and the location is just ideal to visit Singapore (MRT nearby is a huge bonus).

We were in a room which had a communicating door with the next room. Our neighbours were extremely noisy and brought / cooked food in their room. We could not get enough sleep as the walls were paper thin : they were calling on speaker phone till 11pm and their kids were playing till late as well. They also cooked food in their room and we could smell everything in our room !
