Cleanliness. Their bed, pillows and blankets it feels like home that you can rest comfortably. New bath towels everyday, coffee, creamer and bottles of water.

It seems that their walls is not soundproof because we can here the noise from the other rooms, even those talking in the corridors.

This place was so clean and comfortable stay. The room had a large double bed. Other than the bed space a wooden rack just next to the bed to store your luggages. A mini cool bar was there. A safe also provoded. The washroom was a bit spacious. Overall, a good designed and organized room. Room size was small but it can be manageable. As Singapore hotels are generally small, this hotel was worth for the money. With the infant baby, we could have a good stay there for our 4 days trip to Singapore. The bed arrangement was super comvinient. Super friendly staffs. You can leave the luggage if you need to some last time shopping after the checkout. Good location as there are hawker food stations and laundry next tl the hotel. Easy access to the attractions. Enjoyed the Second visit to Singapore with the better stay in this place

Hotel was quite nice and better than I had expected for the price. The location was great and there are lots of local food options nearby, including a great 24 hour Thai restaurant around the corner. It's easy to get to one of the three nearby train stations from many areas in Singapore. Staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was great for the budget stay this was.

Doors are a little thin and seems to be a favourite for local young couples staying and doing things that young couples do (loudly). You might want to bring some earplugs. Depending on where you're staying it could be louder as there are rooms on the first floor. Water pressure is a bit low. Keycard is required for leaving items charging in the room.

This is an affordable option for Singapore and is very compact. If you’re planning on spending a lot of time relaxing in your hotel, this probably isn’t the spot for you. We returned only to sleep and it was great for that. It’s in a good location, convenient to a couple of different MRT stations and lines.

The rooms are not soundproof so if you’re a light sleeper, consider that. We didn’t realise and I’m worried that on the first day we would have disturbed our neighbours. We were woken up at 2am by people singing (at least it was songs we liked!).

The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfy, the staffs were really helpful and friendly (one of them even upgraded one of our rooms without additional charge!). Lots of restaurants and 7/11 is just nearby.

The ac in ine of the rooms that my niece stayed in didn’t really reach the first floor (2 storey family loft). The nearest MRT station (Lavender) is quite a walk (about 800m) especially if you’re going with elderlies. The rooms were tiny.

The most important thing here is probably the price/performance ratio within Singapore as such. For the given price, a small but relatively cozy room is offered, which has everything one needs. It is here, but privacy, adequate equipment and cleanliness. The hotel is a bit tucked away in an average-looking neighborhood, but it's only a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro stop. It is a maximum of 100m to the nearest shop or restaurant and you are only a few stops from Marina Bay. If, as in our case, the hotel is mainly for sleeping and you will spend your time mainly outside, everything is in the best order and can be recommended without any problems.

For me, the only thing missing is probably a little more storage space.

The Place is exactly as advertise. The room is small if traveling with a child. but, the bed and toilet is well designed and comfortable. we had a great sleep. the staff are cordial and even help me out when I left my jacket in the room during our departure. a friend of mind also visited me in the hotel and had some beer in the lobby. all was great.

I read some poor review from previous guest, I hope incoming guest can have a nice stay like my family had. so they can also have a good time. and off course give credit to the hotel staffs too. over all to be fair, on its price point, the room is really small. but well designed.

Good location, near to Lavender & Bendameer MRT station, clean rooms, good cleaning service and nice staff Rooms are small but larger than any other hotels in singapore

Rooms has NO sound proof, it is like other people are living and talking inside your room, sometimes we couldn’t sleep well because of other guests talking & Tv sound and etc…

near to hawker centres and convenience stores. 10mins walk to Mustafa Centre and City Square Mall and near Bendemeer MRT station

I paid a higher amount for the stay even when we were booked ahead of time because the hotel cancelled some of the booking 2 days before our trip and we were a group. It also takes time for the hotel to answer. It would have been better if they contacted us and given an option and priority since we have already booked but due to credit card issues, they just cancelled it and I had no choice but to book differently and to a higher cost.
