The room is very clean and pretty quite. The bathroom is also clean and has a very good waterflow. They provide a minibar-sized refrigerator which is very cold. The AC is working very well. The location is nearby bus stops, so travelling from or to the hotel shouldn't be a problem. There is a bike rental, AnyWheel, at the bus stop across the hotel. Car parking slots is available at the hotel, but they are occupied most of the time. Public car parking spaces are available right in front of it and also there is another public parking lots nearby the hotel. The nearest MRT station is Bendeemer. Better use this MRT station rather than MRT Lavender station. Not only because the distance is closer, but also the pathway to the MRT Bendeemer station is sheltered.

The access into the hotel is a bit confusing. There is no visible access in front of the front door. Apparently, the hotel has three access. The first one is from the side, just right next to the alley. However, it is closed by a small shop. The other one at the other corner, a small barely-visible staircase. The other one, which probably the most convenient one, is right next to the car parking spaces. The wall power socket is very limited inside the room. Only has two sockets available and one of it is also used for the water kettle. No sockets available beside of the bed which is a bit strange because it should be a common things to have. Sadly, they don't have any bidet or eco-washer.

I read mixed reviews before I finally decided to book this hotel Great location and you can easily walk to a few of the areas of interest Staff were extremely helpful with my requests and even went the extra mile printing out onward travel boarding passes that I required Room was cleaned to a good standard and everything as it should be. Level 5 room 5 so if and when you do book request level 5 with a window A good well stocked supermarket a very short walk away and a fantastic hawker center The Golden Mile about a 15 minute walk away that offers so many different culinary delights I used the Grab app to get around and that was both easy and convenient.

It is a budget hotel in a very expensive country so there can be a bit of noise. If you are only there for 2 to 3 nights then it shouldnt be a problem for you

We spent one night here on a layover in Singapore. It was ideal. The location was perfect, near the MRT for the airport. There were lots of restaurants nearby, the staff were helpful and friendly and kept our luggage safe for our late flight. There room was adequate for the time we spent there and very good value for money. Singapore itself is an excellent destination, we packed a lot into a full day and would definitely recommend people visit.

Only one small thing- we couldn’t control the air con so the room was chilly ( not too unwelcome considering the humidity of the city but it was a bit chilly overnight)

I liked that stuff was very polite and they made sure that we have rooms next to each other. Water,tea and coffee was provided.

Well in restroom the water from shower cabin go underneath the cabin door and than whole floor is floded so you need to put towel on floor. However they gave us additional tower for floor when needed. And i had two stains on bed linen which was occasionally smelling on bleach.

Very small room(though ideal interms of money),they dont allow early check in,they give us check in 1pm,i had an early flight,i had no other option but to book 15Sgd/hour to another room before checked in to my booked one.lots of young couple(!!) are coming here for hour;not an ideal hotel for family.

Friendly staff. We arrived early and they let us to our rooms without extra charge for early check-in. They also kept our baggages on the last day until our departure. MRT station 3 minutes walk. Good value for money

The room is very small, it was even difficult to open the suitcases but it was clean.

The room was nice and cozy. There is a bus and metro stop in 3 minutes walking. Great wifi connection.

The room is really really small, not having enough space to open my luggage. The biggest problem was that you can’t open the window so after few showers the room starts to smell of molds.

The location was excellent easy to get to all the attractions of singapore. Staff were exceptionally good.

Perfect location for a short stay/layover if you want to see the city for a couple of hours. You can find the value for your buck without having to stay in hostels or capsule hotels.

With the value, theres really nothing to complain about.
