The staff are excellent, they provide a very courteous and professional service, super honest and happy to help. My son left behind a ln ereader and the staff not only returned it but also were great at communicating with us to aid us getting it back. The hotel is super well located near the metro with plenty options for eating out.

We sadly chose a bedroom with no windows to stay in 3 night, lesson learnt. Didn't help the jetlag. But the hotel has a small but lovely rooftop pool and chairs so we spent a great deal of time there. And the hotel offers to exchange towels which were difficult to dry in this bedroom. I would recommend selecting a bedroom with windows if you are staying longer than a night.

The beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and location was convenient to shops, restaurants, public transport and parks. Only a short 5 minute walk to Lavender Station, which has plenty of links across the city and to the airport. Access to supermarket and a few cafes are just in the next block. Little India and Serangoon Rd is only 10-15 min walk, and City Square Mall along the way has plenty of shopping, and another 6 levels were still under construction when we were there. Rooftop pool was refreshing, not too deep but enough to swim a few laps or splash around with kids. Room service staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower flooded the whole bathroom, poorly designed with the slope of the floor and drainage. Made the bathroom smell a little musty. We ended up buying a squeegee on a long stick to push the water towards the drain after showering. This was better than using towels to mop up and ending up with soaking wet towels This way you could use the toilet without wading through puddles of water. There is no laundry onsite, even though the booking site indicated there was. There is however, a laundry in the next block which is good value and open 24 hours.

It was very basic but had everything you would need. Good area serviced by Grab. Fair price supermarket and 7 eleven 24 hour store down the road. Area is safe. Staff pleasant. It's exactly what the name says, a budget hotel. Rooms a re a good size. Tea/coffee provided daily. Bottle water not provided but easy to get down the road.

Could do with a few aesthetic upgrades, but this is just personal preference. Eg. A shower caddy for personal toiletries, updated soap and toilet paper dispensers. Bathroom could be upgraded with a small step/one row of brick to create a barrier ans stop water flowing from the shower to the rest of the bathroom.

If you are looking for a budget motel for a quick layover then this motel delivers good value for money. The room was adequate, the room facilities were budget as the name implies. The lap pool was excellent and the staff were exceptional. There is an MRT close by if you do want to explore and a couple of small Hawker centres close by to get something cheap to eat. Ac worked well. Highly recommended for a short budget stay.

For a budget stay there are no complaints. It would have been nice to have some hair conditioner to use after swimming, but this is not a complaint

Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable and would go out the way to help. The hotel was located not far from the station. Very easy to find. Convenient location. Room was clean, bathroom had a basic necessities with shower gel and shampoo combi. Shower was extremely powerful. Tea/coffee sugar snd milk provided and a fridge. This was welcomed greatly.

Not sure if the setup in all the rooms were the same, but the loo roll dispenser was located behind me making hard to reach/ see how much paper was being used. A shower screen would have been a better setup than a curtain as when you turn the shower fully the water gushed everywhere - minor improvements for consideration when upgrading. The breakfast was a disappointment very limited selection and the coffee was not up to the standard expected - strong and bold. Was weak and can see the bottom of the cup even when full despite being freshly brewed!!

Location is close to Lavender Station, like 5-10 mins walk and surrounded by several bus stations. There is a nearby Fair Price for grocery plus food hubs and fast food. Staff were nice especially Natalia. Smooth check-in process. Bottled water was provided. There was a pool upstairs, enough to dip after a long walk of touring. The best part was the breakfast buffet, considering this is a budget hotel, the menu was different everyday. Fruits were served, too. Coffee maker was superb and juices were available. Rice, eggs, cereals and bread were part, too. The staff during breakfast were attentive and serving. Love them! Stayed in 222 and Wifi had great connection. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will consider to comeback here.

Room were small but it served the purpose of stay. There is no bidet. Molds were in the ceiling near the aircon which created an unpleasant smell. Floors needed a serious sweeping as hairs and other dirt were still present even a make up room was already done. TV had a breaking speaker, could not watch entirely.

On arriving mid morning following a long over night flight the receptionist- Mages went out of his way to get us a room ready straight away which was greatly appreciated.Its a few minutes walk to MRT station and many bus stops.The staff are happy and helpful and an early morning swim on roof top pool is great

There was nothing not to like- we knew the room did nt have a window when we booked it but is quiet,clean comfortable with good air con and power shower.The fridge and kettle we added bonus.Good hawker centre for cheap food by MRT station

The aircon was nice and cool and the bed sheets were very comfortable. The double bed was an actual double bed and not two beds put together, however it's not very big. Convenient location, close to nice food spots, supermarket, MRT, and bus stops. Location was quiet and safe to walk around in.

Minimal amenities, only a combined shower gel + shampoo. However, I was aware of this from other reviews and planned accordingly, so it didn't affect my stay.

The hotel was ok for a 1-day stop-over in Singapore. The swimming pool on the rooftop was much appreciated to wash-off some of the jet-lag from our long flight. Staff were very helpful when we arrived before the check-in time. Short walk to/from metro station for going to the city centre and to the airport.

The room had no window (but we already new it from the description, so nothing wrong). Just mention that while it was ok for a single night, it may not be so for longer stays.

The Ibis was in an excellent location for us as it was close to Lavender MRT station and a shopping mall with an extensive food court on the second floor. There was also a restaurant just next door that served cocktails and food. The swimming pool on the roof was a lovely long length too and very clean.

A later check out without having to pay extra. It would also have been less stressful to be able to pre book a late check out rather than have to wait until the morning of the day we were checking out.
