Staff during check-in and check/out were very helpful and professionals..

Carpets along hallways were littered with white specks of dirt ( unsure what it was), this made the hallways leading into the bedrooms looking dirty/unkept. By the evening this dirt seemed to have been cleaned. Aircond on upstairs of loft did not work well; it blew warm air instead of cool air, resulting to the room being stuffy.

Key geography location having bus stop, local food, Aperia market. Having a small refrigerator, very nice if you need to store food.

tiny room, only a very small desk, but considering the low cost, it is still an excellent choice for a single.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I like staying here for the ideal location and value for money stays. The staff are all very nice and helpful. My only suggestion is if they can consider updating the carpets because it makes the hotel look old.

Only booked one night for a staycay. Regretted as the room was so comfy I did not want to wake up and check out.

Everything was great, except the TV wasn't working. Tried using the remote and it did not work, manually switched on the TV using the button and it shows no signal. Didn't call for assistance as was only staying one night.

I booked this last minute on the day. the location is convenient close by to lavender station and staff are friendly. the bed was comfortable and great shower pressure.

if you are a light sleeper would recommend wearing ear plugs as I could hear everything outside of the room on the 3rd floor.

Easily accessible and close to public transport. It was clean, staff are all very friendly and willing to assist. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The location is very accessible to the Metro station. The rooms are small though for two persons sharing it. There was a bit of an issue with hot water in the shower which never got dealt with despite being reported. Some of the staff were too loud talking during the night on my first night. However, what I liked about this hotel was that they were very responsive with my requests when messaging them. Overall, I'd come back to this hotel because it was easy to get in and out due to the accessibility of Downtown Line Metro.
