MOST HORRIBLE EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE LADY RECEPTIONIST BY THE NAME OF SHAN. One of the worst receptionist we had encountered in a Singapore hotel. Come and experience it yourself if you like someone who serves you with a long face and rise her voice when she's asking you to sign on the check-in form while furnishing her your personal details. Yucky service!

1. The toiletry is using L'Occitane, which is fantastic. 2. The housekeeping service and clean towels is provided everyday and the extent of satisfaction of said service is good. 3. The TV in the room has a pre-login Netflix account, this is something unexpected.

1. The hotel price is quite expensive, but considering whole Singapore hotel pricing is high, it is OK. 2. The location is a little bit far from MRT station, it needs to talk 10 mins of walking distance. 3. The TV can’t open the local TV channel, it forces me to watch Netflix when I stay in room at night.

Surpassed my expectations for a 3 star Hotel, from the easy and fast check in with really friendly good humored staff to the cold aircon in the rooms. Rooms are small but perfect if you are not hanging around in your room all day, room cleanliness was spot on, great shower with good L'occitene products, ours did not have a window which gives you a nice dark room for a good sleep, the kids room had a window but not much of a view and just for checking the weather outside. Beds very comfy with good pillows. Location is very close to Bendemeer MRT station which is covered all the way if it is raining apart from crossing the road. Food places close and also just down the road in a mall with 2x 7eleven's close by.

Not a gripe but there was water drainage noise, flushing, showering etc from the upper levels that must have the pipes next to our room but it did not affect our sleep.

Hotel is walking distance to bus stop and MRT station. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Cute cafes next to the hotel are great options for breakfast or brunch. And the hotel staff was friendly and professional. We loved our stay at Arcadia hotel!

It was near the bus station as well as the train station. Staff were really kind and the room itself was good for a solo traveller. The hotel and room facilities were great. It was a very comfortable place to stay at.

The elevator smells quite bad at times. The mini fridge was quite smaller than expected too. Walls are quite thin so I could hear whenever people outside my room were talking but other than that, it was a good place to stay at.

Staff were very friendly, and room service was really good also. Location was excellent, plenty of close options for food and transport. The three closest stations of Bendemeer, Lavender, and Farrer park can basically take you anywhere in Singapore that you need to go.

I wasn't aware when we first stayed there that the switch for hot water needs to be on to have hot water. This would have been good to know. The room was a little smaller than expected, but otherwise very nice and clean :)

Room is clean, small, but the layout make use of the space efficiently. The wall of my room kinda worn off but overall the room is nice, everything looks new other than the wallpaper. Like that they providing quality shampoos, but the quality of the toothbrush can be improved.

i really enjoyed my stay and loved the location as it was not far from the MRT and bus stops. The access was easy and finding the hotel too. Really nice stay for individuals and short-term.

I would have preferred the room to have a window as I lost track of time easily in the room that I stayed, but overall it was a great stay.

Rooms are fairly small but thanks to the ceiling height being very high it doesn't feel like a box. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but there was still room for improvement. The location is perfect as it is located 3 minute walking distace away from the subway station and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The cleaning might be a little bit better. However, compared to other hotels in the area at this price point, this hotel is the best and the cleanest.

Stayed at Arcadia Hotel and I love almost everything from this lovely hotel. Thank you both front desk and housekeeping staff who were on their shift from 20 to 23 August as they fulfilled my request with hospitality and dedication and made me feel heard. Location: MRT, bus accessible. Surrounded by good eateries and grocery stores which let me ease of mind. Facilities: They provided L'Occitane toiletries and common amenities. Electricity sockets were everywhere. Nothing went malfunctioned.
