Booked the premier room with bathtub, and I really like it. Big decent room with a king size bed, and bathtub for the price of $140 nett, it's really affordable. What I really like about my room is it actually standalone by itself, separated by a glass door that makes it seem like your own private space. Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful. Thumbs up!

For incidental deposit, they only accept cash and not credit cards. During check-in i told the receptionist i don't carry cash with me and since they dun accept credit card, I have a friend coming to meet me for dinner in 30 minutes time,, i can get from my friend and pass the deposit to him when on our way out. I was taken aback when the receptionist told me to wait for my friend to arrive and pass him the $50 incidental deposit, only then will he issue my room card to me. But...I was glad that the receptionist had his mind chsnged. :)

The location is good and the staff is very helpful

We had paid a higher price than the usual price because of the F1 event. The same scenario applied to all hotels in Spore

Location was so good…. Really quiet at night and close enough walk to Arab Street/Haji Lane for the nightlife Staff were very accommodating when we had a slight issue with the size of our room with 3 big cases so the following morning moved us to connecting rooms..

Some guests like to keep their doors open and chat very loudly at night!!

I had an very good stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect, they were very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. Recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great location at a reasonable price.

Location and family room with double bedroom and 2 toilet Had a hot shower and refreshing day start

Had a issue on aircon (one night) out of four days stay got resolved the next day the room got warm The whole floor had this issue could be due to faulty VRF

Staff were really friendly. We requested an early check in and they were happy to help. Check in and Check out were real smooth and easy. Lot of eating places and shopping centers are just walking distance including Mustafa Centre which is just 300 meters away.

Room was bit small but who visits Singapore to stay in the room, right?
