It was very cozy and warm and created a nice atmosphere for our stay, the only downside is that the owner is unreachable and booking.com booked the same villa for two groups. 12A was what we have booked for but upon arrival the residence was occupied by another family whom make the booking. We have called the number provided and the cleaner answered. She came and cleaned the other villa 12B and then handled the key to us for our staying. Booking.com apparently makes this mistake multiple times when it comes to this property.

The big room where you have the bed for the little one, situated downstairs was very cold, so do not recommend too taking that room if you have a small child. All the toilets had a bad smell.

The views, the terrace, the hot tub. All put together are one of the best value for money houses that I have rented this year. I will definitely love to come back and bring many more friends with me. This visit was a short break to recover from surgery and this place really did help me relax.

If you dont stop and look too close, all looks great! As soon as you look a bit closer, you can see the age related marks of this house from being used as a rental property. The hot tub was patched in a really poor way, a lot of cracks, some stains on the blankets. Overall it is clean but it lacks attention to detail.

Communication wtih the owner was great and we were met by a lovely administrator upon arrival. Villa is spacious, very well equipped and with a lovely hot tub and view

The view and the living room are something different, exceptional. The villa has everything needed, all the facilities for a great stay, from jacuzzi to grill.

A bear came at night to eat from the garbage cans. The villa is actually half of a duplex, so staying on the terrace does not have intimacy.

The view was great. The jacuzzi was awesome. All the rooms were clean and really nice furnished. Highly recommend!

The lack of lights on the terrace made our guys job at the barbecue a little bit difficult, but I guess this is why we have flashlights on our phones.
