We are coming often at the Lux Garden, we like the rooms due to the space and comfortable , we like the view, which is amazing, food is very good, staff are all nice people.

We stayed in the attic room, which was adjacent to a family room. It seems that many families book these rooms together, so it can get a bit noisy, almost like being in a kindergarten! If you're not part of a large family and plan to visit during peak season when the hotel is fully booked, you may experience some noise from neighboring rooms. That said, the hotel offers excellent quality comparable to those in the French Alps, but at a fraction of the price. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning!

The location is very good, as it is close to Cazacu ski slopes (both for beginners and advanced); basically a walking few minutes distance. The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are so comfortable. You can find every convenience in the rooms - from bathroom slippers and bathrobes to hairdryer and even an espresso machine. There is a fairly well supplied mini bar available also. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a playground available outside and a playroom for children inside and it is so nice to play there. In the play room, in the afternoon, they project animation movies for children. The hotel has a spacious underground parking as well. The spa is nice, and there is an indoor pool available in any season. The hotel has its own restaurant with very good food , and also with a children menu available. The pièce de resistance is the lovely mountain view from both the restaurants and most of the rooms. Would definitely come again.

- big room with comfortable large bed (very comfortable pillows) - inside the room it was already warm when we arrived which gave us a feeling of relaxation and we appreciate it a lot - big nice balcony with nice view - iron and table to iron your clothes (this is really nice) - no noise from outside -we had Rituals products in the bathroom (very classy and nice( - spa center with sauna and swimming pool (a bit fool of kids that made a lot of noise, but we appreciate finally the facilities and tried to ignore the big loud noise around) -spa center is open until 22:00 pm and that is really great - amazing tasty breakfast with various dishes to choose from (even for vegetarians is great). The provided coconut and almond milk along with salads, variety of cheeses and fruits, delicious pastry, very tasty olives - late breakfast which we enjoy it (until 11:00 am) - the staff was really nice. They even talked in English with us, giving us directions (my partner is not speaking Romanian) - underground parking -very very close to the sky area (actually they are neighbours with the sky area)

I booked for two adults and a child, then i wrote to the hotel that we won't be able to take the child. Although i received a confirmation reply, at the checkout, we paid for the child's breakfast. In the bathroom we had only two shower gels and a hair conditioner; there were no cotton swabs, body lotion, not to mention toothbrush, comb, razor....(I suppose it was a mistake, but I think that a 5-star hotel should respect the customer more)

We had a breakfast, was great. And we also decided to eat lunch there which was super tasty and with fair prices. The location was great, it is right next to the slope. I just wished that the cable cars would be united under one ski pass.

when we were there, the room service didn't really work. but it's not a big deal.

The entire location, the attention paid to all the details, the food, the view from restaurant area, the staff was very professional.

I didn't like that it wasn't any backup plan for kids playground arranged in one conference room, and when a conference was in place no alternatives were avaliable for kids to play, except the outside playground, which could be improved. And the balcony door didn't had any closing options from the outside when sitting in there.

1.the cleaning staff should no longer be stingy with the cosmetic products in the room. cosmetic products were provided for one person and only on request was supplemented for 2 once sparingly in 6 days 2. more options in the restaurant menu would be better

scenic view from every point of the hotel. the hotel is quite small, that’s why was very quite and cozy. located right next to gondola. from half of the rooms, from playground and restaurant you see mountains like at the palm of your hand. very good restaurant with nice service. coffee machine with complimentary coffee in each room was very helpful while staying inside with my kid. visited it for the third time already, and every time thinking of coming back

I missed some of small things like hygiene pack in the bathroom. but it was minor and didn’t impact the quality of my stay in any way. another surprise was that kids room was changed into the conference room, but seems like it depends on events for which hotel might be booked during a week.

Nice surprise! Everything they promised and more. Located right on the slopes. Great restaurant, large rooms, very clean. Indoor kids playground. very polite and helpful staff. We are going to come back for sure.
