Expensive breakfast Room wasn't so comfy (no elevator, low ceiling, bed wasn't so comfortable)

The view, the staff very polite and caring, the food was absolutely exceptional, we had a T-bone steak that was very well prepared. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning at first because we did not notice this while booking, but after the sun goes down the air gets cool and there is no need of air conditioning system.

Maybe the shower place, some water may get out

They were very responsive to emails since I sent them some emails beforehand to book jacuzzi. The property has a lot of stuff and they are really efficient in seeing to your needs. simple things they do to show attention to detail such as seeing that guests are accompanied to jacuzzi and asking if they want anything whilst in the jacuzzi... great reception team. good restaurant. jacuzzi was cleaned before our use.

The location is breathtaking. The rooms are well designed and very clean. The stuff was very helpful, responsive and showed deep care before our arrival.

great staff and host, they were incredibly nice and accommodating. the room was very clean and had a great view. the food from their restaurant is a bit expensive in my opinion, but good value for the price and amazing desserts

Jacuzzi area. It is very open and the water in winter can get a little warmer. Some small changes can still be made. Such as to be closed on the sides for wind protection and others.

Very clean premisses and wonderful staff. New furniture, huge smart TV, breathless view of the mountains. The food is delicious and they have the best papanasi that I have ever tried! Everything that we had asked for had been sorted.

The price is high compared to the size of the room.

Amazing food, comfy beds, great owner! Definitely recommend it. PS: book the jacuzzi experience too. It’s overwhelming to see the sunset under the Caraiman cross from the terrace.

Very nice hotel in beautiful place and we really liked personal who met us very friendly, said nice words to our baby, it was very pleasant! Everything were clean, service very good! Helped with bags, thanks) restoration tasty delicious!
