This property is great for it's price. The lady staff was very kind enough to still offer us "breakfast" even if we're already checking out at 12 noon. The only downside that we experienced is the check in. Their automated self check in system doesn't work as intended because it wouldn't provide the code for the front door and the doorbell wasn't also working. I had to call their contact number 3 times, and on the 3rd time I left a voicemail about the situation. I got a callback after a few minutes and the lady on the line was helpful. Unfortunately, the gentleman who let us in wasn't very pleasant to deal with and was even blaming us for not getting the front door code because he thinks that we are not using the app correctly. We showed screenshots that it kept prompting "please try again" and that is the only time when his tone changed.

The breakfast was nice, and the restaurant that's inside the hotel was serving various local and international foods with a great price. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but cozy and with pretty much al you need in them.

The fact that in room 4 the shower kept flooding the bathroom, we reported this and we've been said that there was no problem, thankfully we were given a lot of towels. The balcony of the room looked like it was never cleaned, in 5 days no-one cleared the ashtray, and at night there were like 6-7 big spiders hanging around like it was their home.

Decent hotel in the Mountains. We were stopped at the facility just to spend the night. Food was tasty. Only one downside was that heater in the room was switched off before our check in and weather at the same moment were rough with a huge minus temperature and snow. No doubt that the owners and managers of this hotel were not prepared for such weather in April.

Rooms were clean, with no foul odour. Towels and sheets were clean and got changed a couple of times during our one week stay. The mountain view is great. Plenty of parking space in their private parking. Staff was very kind and welcoming.

However our room was looking towards a neighbours villa and the noise from the engines of the cars and trucks passing by on National road 1, was not exactly relaxing. The building has good soundproofing, but for some people in need of rest, keep this in mind, as we could still hear them passing by. If you go there out of season, they might serve you food that has been cooked a long time ago. Our pork was a little green on the inside and some of the charcuterie tasted off. That changed when the hotel was packed full.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is traditional and tasty.

The location is not as it looks in the pictures. Is at ~2.5 km distance from Busteni, therefore it is difficult to get there without a car (public transportation was not available on Sunday). We were a bit disappointed also about the room view.

It is a nice hotel by the main road to Brasov. The staff was very kind, helpful and available. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Very comfortable bed and clean room. They offered some cold water bottles as a welcome, that was very kind after a hot day drive. Easy accessible and a good place to stop by on a long journey.

Good central location to visit the surrounding area. Decor a bit dated but had a retro feel. Food is amazing and the staff are sooo friendly and helpful. Thanks Claudia for all your help and attentiveness whilst we were there. 😀

Nothing - everything was great for a few days break.

Room was very clean, good breakfast, very good coffee. Lady at the reception was super helpful and nice. Big flat TV with Netflix was a nice touch. Incredible views of the mountains.

There was a nice smell in the room but very powerful. Smell didn’t go away even after hours of airing with the window open. The water pressure at the shower was very low in the third floor Location quite far from the city center

Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful view, good food.

It's not really close from the city center if you want to walk but it's ok to arrive with a car.

They view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the stay.

I would recommend changing the carpets. Otherwise everything was great
