I really liked the breakfast variety, the staff services, the rental and ski instructor facilities. Best of all, the helpful attitude of the staff and how everything is made easy for guests.

In the suite I always prefer two toilets. Also, if the suits had a way to separate the rooms, a partition, or a door, it would be much better. Regarding the SPA, I find the swimming pool very small. Moreover, since people go in and out to access the jacuzzi, a rotating door should be mandatory in order to prevent the cold air from coming in every time someone goes in or out. Or, an air curtain that can make the cold air transfer feel less.

The place was very cosy and the staff were friendly and adaptable. You could feel that they cared for their guests and no matter what issue we had they resolved it quickly. We enjoyed the breakfast, where we had a wide variety of (delicious) options as well as live classical music. We also enjoyed the spa, which we were expecting to find very crowded but instead always found room and a place to relax. They were also very nice when we forgot something in the room after checking out. They reassured us they found the lost item and send it via a courier to our home speedily. Thank you for your hospitality!

Although it was OK, the mattress could have been better for this price point.

Breakfast: a lavish affair, with all the food you expect at a hotel breakfast and much more. Spa: quiet, reserved area with an exceptionally clean indoor pool, jacuzzis outside, hammocks, air conditioned indoor gym, three different types of saunas, showers, lockers, bathrooms, bar etc. Room: very much like a refined mountain cabin with all the amenities one would expect. Bar area: well stocked. Staff: extremely well mannered and excellent English speaking skills. A big well done to all from the front office, to the cleaners, concierge, spa people etc. A special mention goes to Dulan, the barman.

I think that the shower tray was a bit slippery, especially when stepping in after someone who had a shower just before you. Maybe a shower mat would solve the problem without even having to change the tray,

First of all: I would definitely recommend this hotel. The persons working at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The hotel incl SPA is even better than expected. Really modern and cozy. Also massage was very good. The food and drinks are very good, no matter if it’s the breakfast, the bar or for dinner.

While the restaurant offers delicious food, the service quality is inconsistent. While some staff members are attentive and friendly, others seem to lack attention to detail. Instances such as receiving the main course shortly after starters, resulting in a need to keep the food warm, or receiving incorrect answers to questions about the wine menu without an offer for a replacement drink, highlight lapses in professionalism. Additionally, prematurely clearing the breakfast buffet with noise and haste, and inconsistency in the use of gloves when handling cutlery (taking glasses by the rim without gloves) detract from the overall dining experience. These issues suggest a need for better management and adherence to higher standards.

It's probably the 3rd time I stayed as Teleferic Grand Hotel for 2 nights. Everything was great overall, as usual, although there has been one particular very frustrating aspect: While breakfast was great, as usual, in terms of variety, quality, quantity, the dinner we had was very disappointing, especially considering the prices: The dessert (Papanasi) was so old and stale that you literally couldn't cut it in the plate! It felt like made 3 days before and just thrown into microwave for 3 minutes before serving...Very disappointing for this kind of restaurant with so high expectations...And especially since I normally don't have dinner...This time I decided to make an exception...

Exceptional breakfast, superb room terrace and the room itself. Nice staff and the food and baverages were very good. Loved the live cooking dinners and the sparkling at breakfast. Very nice spa treatments. Also the hotel ensured we could watch uefa game on the big screen in the lobby- which created a great atmosphere!

What we disliked was that the pool are and jacuzzi were full of small children, left on their own at 3-4y old, we literally had no room to relax and enjoy the pool. Very few chezlongues for the sun bathing, true morning competition for them. Spa opens too late at 10:00 and that accounts for the high condensation of adults and chidlren. during lunch is the only time you actually find some space.

The hotel is very well located close to local attractions. The furnishing and the styling of the hotel is very classy and well maintained. Family room/studio was a good size for a family with 2 kids. The breakfast has a wide variety of meals available. Also they have eggs to order. Great variety of foods available in the restaurant menu. Good size free private parking spaces. Indoor swimming pool and spa area. Live music during dinner. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The fridge in room B210 didn't work. We forgot to inform reception. Some misscommunication with the steward during dinner time which led to some wrong food delivery. The food was there, but the presentation was not as required. The restaurant manager intervene and everything was sorted out as desired. The tables next to the entrance at the restaurant seemed to be served with less attention to details than the other tables in the restaurant. Maybe because of the staff. The towels from the spa area smelled of old oils. They need to be washed more properly after oil massages.

Excellent hotel. Well deserving the praise it gets. The service is great. The hotel feels newly renovated. Everything is clean. Lots of hotel facilities. An amazing attached hotel restaurant. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, was very good. The spa area is excellent for adults. Outdoor jacuzzi in the evening cold is a special experience.

The water pressure in the shower head was a bit lacking. The drainage in the sink was slow and left soap marks on the sides. Battery in the room scales was dead. None of these are biggies, but the dead battery in the room scales is always a litmus test for me for the maintenance team quality.

Excellent location, wonderful hotel - you have everything you need: close to the slopes, restaurant, spa, gym, etc. Meylin at the restaurant was great - really helpful and always smiling.

The cleaning ladies are very loud when cleaning in the morning, as if you want to sleep in, you will hear them vacuuming, loughing and slamming doors (at 7:30-8 AM). It has been a recurring issue with this hotel, at all our stays. This time I signaled the problem to the reception and the next day it was quiet. Also, during the weekend, the restaurant ia very crowded and the stuff cannot keep up with the orders - waiting time is very long, even for drinks. These issues don’t make this hotel less amazing, but I am signaling all this because it might help in improving the stay.

No availability of the spa staff and lack of info about how to make reservation for treatments prior to arrival. Also- indoor pool floor very slippery and no staff to remove the watter.
