They had a very cute dog and a gorgeous view. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Our room was changed last minute due to some heating issues and we were upgraded to their Junior Suite. We were slightly bothered that we lost the balcony facility of the room that we booked, but still very pleased with our stay. Also, the road up to the hotel is not paved properly. The last 100 meters were done, but up until that point it was really really rough on the car.This was very important to us since we drove a sports car there, and in the end we did clear it with no major damage to the car. We would’ve liked to know this info beforehand, since from the pics surrounding the property it looks like the road is really good.

We appreciated the way the staff handled our kids' food allergies. They bought vegan milk especially for them, adapted certain dishes on the menu to fit their diet, and were very careful not to serve them anything they weren't allowed to eat. The room was big & clean, as were the premises. We really enjoyed the backyard and the available facilities. The breakfast buffet was generous and fresh. The restaurant's menu was also varied enough, the portions were adequate, and the prices fair.

The room needed some attention in regards to a couple of details. Also, only some rooms had AC, so we were lucky it wasn't too hot because ours didn't. The only other thing we would adjust would be the live music at the restaurant - although it was very nice, it was also quite loud and went on until around 11 pm. If the soundproofing could be improved, then this would not be an issue, but as it was, our kids did have a little trouble going to sleep.

I liked the view.

It was cold and I felt the room was too big. I noticed one lost item in the bathroom that clearly belongs to an ex visitor. Could be cleaner, but a great price and it was worth it. In the morning the eggs were uncooked and not a single guest could eat them for breakfast. But it was relaxing, the stuff was nice and we enjoyed the view.

Big rooms . Very clean and fresh . Restaurant and bar were excellent with tasty food and good portions. The breakfast had everything I wanted with hot and cold options and lots of coffee. It's a family place and they take care of you. For the stay, dinner, and drinks at the bar it was very inexpensive by comparison with equivalents in central Europe or the UK . Great !

The last bit of the road up to it is very dark and more of a rutted track than a real road. I was glad my hire car was an SUV with good ground clearance.

Hotel is clean; they changed towels during 3 days stay; they solved all our requests; excellent breakfast; good food at request; good red wine. Staff friendly and ready to solve any issue or request.

The way to arrive to hotel with your car is an adventure for small cars.

Everything was absolutely perfect, as we pulled out the car we were welcomed by a mesmerising view, such a lovely place in nature. The hotel has a good balance between their facilities, keeps grown-ups relaxed while the children stay entertained . We could spend a whole day on the property without having to go outside for food, drinks or entertainment as they have it all. Watch out for bears, better keep your distance if you spot them, they won’t come close if they are not engaged.

The location is very nice, basically the hotel is in the woods and we loved the amazing mountain view and the quiet days spent here. Warm and clean room,with very friendly staff. Also the breakfast was nice. We rented an ATV and the experience was very nice.

The mattress was too used and unfortunately we slept poorly because of it. Would definitely recommend to change the mattress - this is actually a deal-breaker for us so even if we would love to come back at this hotel,we won't be doing it if the mattress isn't upgraded.

Staff and location.

The furniture is nice but old and need some restoration. It would be great keeping the same furniture but refreshing it. The breakfast coud be better and guys there sometimes forget that are children having breakfast too and don’t mind the language. Hopefully the kids didn’t pay attention.

Friendly staff, good location if you want to stay closer to nature but not too far from the city, good food (including breakfast) and some facilities for children (indoor play room and outside playground, although kind of limited).

The outside playground for children was still under construction, with only a few activities available. Hopefully it will provide more options and better facilities after being renovated.

So happy with our stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and kind, and the view from the hotel is gorgeous! The breakfast was tasty and my toddler loved the playroom.
